  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Arlington location. As a long-time customer, I have always been satisfied with your procedures and pricing; however, the service I received today was unacceptable. I encountered a manager at the Arlington branch who was remarkably rude and disrespectful. The way I was treated was unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise. This experience was so upsetting that I have already contacted your corporate office to report the incident. I believe the management at this location needs to be reviewed, as such treatment of customers will ultimately hinder the branch's success. Consequently, I have decided to no longer rent commercial box trucks from this location.

  They knowingly confirm reservations for vehicles they know they don't have. I got a confirmed reservation for a gooseneck capable truck. The next day while going to pick up the vehicle, they said they "never actually have these in stock." So, I lost my opportunity to rent a truck for the day which I needed which was available through another company. I asked, "why would you confirm an item you don't have?"

  Danny at Enterprise Truck Rental was awesome. So helpful and friendly. Made the experience a breeze! Definitely recommend going through Enterprise and Danny to rent any trucks!

  Enterprise manager, Cornelius at Arlington location,made my rental experience great,he went over and beyond to make my experience smooth and efficient, I would recommend visiting his branch anytime.
