Enterprise have good prices on the vehicles for rental that helps out a lot of customers in these days and times everything is so expensive all the other truck rentals are way too expensive five stars for enterprise anybody out there looking to rent a truck go to enterprise leave U-Haul Penske leave all these truck rental companies alone and go to enterprise. They are very reasonable on their price.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Arlington location. As a long-time customer, I have always been satisfied with your procedures and pricing; however, the service I received today was unacceptable. I encountered a manager at the Arlington branch who was remarkably rude and disrespectful. The way I was treated was unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise. This experience was so upsetting that I have already contacted your corporate office to report the incident. I believe the management at this location needs to be reviewed, as such treatment of customers will ultimately hinder the branch's success. Consequently, I have decided to no longer rent commercial box trucks from this location.
