- JWJoseph WintonAug 22, 20261.0The Rental process wasn't bad, but when the tolls came in, they have a third party company billing things who have access to all of your credit cards on file. They just randomly look around and pick one and Bill it. Personal toes hey charge it to the business card no problem. As soon as I resolve this I'm canceling my Enterprise national and Alamo accounts. A third party company having access to their files on all my credit cards is absolutely unacceptable. Especially when they're shady as this one.

I reserved and paid in advance for a pickup truck, completed the online check-in, and arrived expecting the vehicle I paid for. Instead, they left me sitting in the lobby for over 1½ hours, only to tell me they didn’t even have the truck. Now they want to give me a small SUV instead. So basically, Enterprise takes your money, lets you make a reservation, and then when you show up, they can just give you whatever vehicle they feel like. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and a complete joke of a reservation system. If you actually need the vehicle you reserved, don’t count on Enterprise to have it. 1 star is honestly too generous.

Just pay the extra concession fee’s at DFW. Our vacation has been completely wasted away on a junk car, trying to get a car swapped, and sitting in the lobby for hours.
