  We been there between five and ten times and always we have a good experience.. employees are very nice a friendly always attentive and letting you know what’s going on while you wait ..

  I experienced very poor service and unfair treatment at this location. I was wrongly charged money that I believe I did not owe. After that, when I went to rent another vehicle, I was told that I had not paid, even though I had already made the payment. When I was told that “the payment was not made,” I showed my receipt as proof, and they confirmed that I had actually paid. However, the issue was still not properly resolved. Instead, I was sent to another place while still being treated unprofessionally. I was also given a wrong phone number to call, and when I contacted it, the person said they had nothing to do with the issue, and I was left without real help or support. What made the situation worse was that while I still had the vehicle I had legally rented, I was threatened that the police would be called and I was accused of stealing the car. This accusation was very upsetting and damaging, as I had rented the vehicle properly and legally. Overall, the staff and management treated me poorly and did not provide the respect or service a customer deserves. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend this location to others.

  I have been going to this location for the last year, used them on about 5 different occasions now. Every experience has been exceptional. They go above and beyond to handle any issue with superior professionalism. Not all Enterprise locations have this kinda vibe going for them. This is my choice location for sure and after this last rental experience, they deserve a 5 star rating, and I rarely give ratings. This isn't the first time they've gone above and beyond, so I feel the rating is definitely deserved.

  We had an excellent experience at Enterprise thanks to Alexsis! We usually rent from the airport, but this experience was so smooth and enjoyable that we’ll definitely be back to rent from this location again. Alexsis was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the rental process. Her friendly attitude and genuine customer service really stood out. Our return process was just as easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated how organized and efficient the entire experience was. Thank you, Alexsis, for going above and beyond to make our rental experience such a positive one. Employees like you make all the difference! We look forward to renting with Enterprise again soon. 🫶🏼

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise thanks to Alexsis and Manager Villarreal. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. Alexsis went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my rental experience was handled perfectly, making the entire process quick, smooth, and stress free . The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. Alexsis demonstrated great attention to detail, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Manager Villarreal also deserves recognition for leading such a customer-focused team. I give Alexsis a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend this location. I will be recommending all of my corporate staff to rent from this branch. As long as they continue to have team members like Alexsis, this location will remain my first choice for rentals. Enterprise made a great hire, and it certainly shows in the quality of service provided. Thank you, Alexsis and Villarreal, for an exceptional experience!
