    We went in and the manager Cornelius didn’t let us rent a truck that our dealership dodge referred to us because we both didn’t have a credit card to put on file which we don’t see that in the policy he is a black man we are a black family just trying to take our load to its destination he and my husband got into a fued of words only and he called the police smh this is sad man he worked his butt off to make sure we didn’t get the vehicle 000000 stars for enterprise as if we didn’t qualify

    Beware! Beware! Beware! Don't deal with Sam, he's terrible with customers. He tried to charge me $750 on my card for the existing dents they had on the vehicle. He was like, "we had hail in the area during your rental time". I told him that I don't even live in Arlington and the car was parked in my garage during bad weather, and there was no hail in my neighborhood. I denied to pay, he took my insurance information and I told my insurance not to approve any claim on my policy without my acknowledgement and guess what, they tried to charge on my card they had in file. I called my bank and had to tell them do not approve any transaction from this merchandise. This was ridiculous! I see they had similar reviews in the past as well, WTH! I'm not coming back to this location, neither my family and friends

    Sahara A. Smith was the lady working when I came to pick up my car. She was really rude to several customers. Awful experience.

    Blessing is a blessing! I NEVER get the extra insurance in my rental bc I have my own. I picked up a car on Wednesday and a sweet you g lady named Blessing did my walk through. She was so personable that even though I never get it, the way she asked was so caring that I took the coverage. She was looking out for me. She did mention to me that she used to be a flight attendant so perhaps it’s her customer first training but she seemed to genuinely car about me. Last-night a huge hail storm hit DFW and even though the car was parked under cover, it still got damaged. I went to return it this morning and had no idea it was damaged. Walking into that very full lobby I can see I was not the only one who didn’t know! A sea full of sad and angry faces, but not mine bc my girl had my back! Thank you Blessing my lil guardian angel! You saved me 4k!

    My initial review started at 2 stars, and that rating was solely because of the excellent customer service from the two team members working during my pickup. They had at least three customers ahead of me, yet they acknowledged each person, kept everyone informed, and managed the line with professionalism. Unfortunately, yesterday’s overall experience was very disappointing. I had a confirmed reservation and completed the checkout process in advance, which was supposed to make pickup quicker. Instead, I waited well beyond the estimated 30 minutes due to limited vehicle availability and customers ahead of me. On top of that, the full‑size model I reserved wasn’t available. My only options were a minivan or a smaller vehicle. I declined the van and accepted the smaller size just to get on my way, but the car had a noticeable smoke odor and wasn’t very clean, which added to the frustration. However, today’s experience was much improved. Daniel Molina, the Assistant Branch Manager, apologized for the inconvenience and assured me he would switch out the vehicle and get me into the reserved size or better. The replacement vehicle was ready quickly, the wait time was minimal, and I received an upgraded model without any additional delay. This made a significant difference. The team continued to deliver excellent customer service, and Daniel ensured everything was handled smoothly. I appreciate the effort to turn the situation around and provide a much better experience today.
