Michael at Enterprise provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was picking up a rental after being rear-ended, and he went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
He took the time to explain everything about the rental, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand how the insurance process works. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help really put me at ease during a stressful situation.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure a customer understands everything and feels taken care of. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service deserve to be recognized. Enterprise is lucky to have him, and I truly appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you, Michael!

Absolute joke of a place, the staff is extremely rude and take no responsibility for their failure to have my vehicle ready! Been waiting since 8 to be picked up from the collision center, then I get here finally and the truck isn't even ready, that they need to take it for an oil change. Beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable!
The customer service at the front desk on 6/13/2026 at 1 pm was the worst I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The front desk attendant was about to take his clothes off and fight me. I made a pickup reservation and checked in online. When I arrived, I was asked to wait over an hour without any explanation. Eventually, I was told the vehicle was ready. When I got there, I saw that the vehicle wasn't even close to what I had reserved online. I then complained about the wait and not getting what I reserved. I was told to leave; they had no vehicle for me.

I love this branch, the manager Stephane and his crew are the best, for give me if I spelled ur name wrong. I have been using this branch since they opened and they are becoming huge.
We needed a pickup and the one that was assigned for us wasn’t going to work. The manager went to the trouble of getting one brought from another location right at closing time. Thank you!
