  The staff are nice, but the wait time is ridiculous! I thought it was just for me when I was renting around a holiday. My son has been waiting for over a hour for his rental, that wasn’t even at the location at 12 like they said. I’m moving my upcoming reservation somewhere else. People have things to do and he has to go to work! Just disrespectful of people’s time! After about a hour of waiting he gets the car, but has to follow them to a gas station. That’s just unprofessional!

  Place should have more staff. Same guys helping at the front desk are the same guys washing and cleaning cars to get ready.

  I’ve had to use this location on and off since December because of my car accident..all the staff I’ve encountered are super nice, communicative and understanding. Only thing I’d say they can improve on is maybe having more availability for sedans instead of SUVs when using insurance. It’s a busy location so expect a wait if a Friday/Weekend pick up. However I’d choose this location over any enterprise in the metroplex.

  TJ WAS A GREAT HELP HE ASSISTED ME RIGHT AWAY AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ANOUT MY RENTAL THAK YOU TJ!! HE DESERVES A RAISE ! :)
