  I haven't rented from Enterprise in a while, but taking my daughter to college in comfort was important. We set up the reservation for a full size SUV. On the day of, a rep calls me to tell me they don't have it on her lot but she found it on another. The other lot was a little farther, so I got there like right at 6:04. Locked. No one around but another customer who got there at 6:02. Call customer service who tells me they'll have aanger call me. Call back after 20 mins with no call. New rep transfers me to a manager to reach out to local manager. This one says she can't contact local managers and full size SUVs are not available at either of the airport locations, which are the only ones open. Yet I'm sitting on their lot looking at 2 of them as well as like 3 minivans! So upset! And the guy told the girl waiting "too bad. I close at 6!" Such awful customer service!

  I have rented from Enterprise for years, but this has been the most frustrating experience I've had. When I picked up my rental, the location didn't have the vehicle I needed. After 3 hours i ended up taking a larger, more expensive car just to get by, since I was driving out of state. After multiple calls and three attempts, I finally got it exchanged out there. Now that I'm back, I'm trying to swap the vehicle for something smaller, but customer service has been just as frustrating. I've called several locations, and they keep directing me back to Mansfield even after I explain that they don't have the car I need. When I called Arlington directly, I was transferred to a completely different location in Fort Worth. It really feels like no one cares or is willingtohelp. I get that inventory changes, but the lack of clear communication and repeated transfers has made the rental experience stressful and disappointing after all these years of using them. I hope Enterprise improves itself because im getting to the point to where I will never use them again. Update Finally got ahold of someone from mansfield who listened to what I had to say and was willing to help Emily was kind caring and the most helpful person I talked to as long as she is there ill be using Enterprise i have a few family vacations coming up soon and I will be using the location in mansfield off heritage

  The employees are all friendly. They all laughed with us. Loved the environment. I spent about an hour here.

  I returned my rental here on a Sunday and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was at the 31 day threshold for my insurance claim before i had to pay out-of-pocket and i couldn't return the rental at the airport for some reason. This was the only location that was open at the time!
