Sahara provided an amazing customer experience, my drop off process was quick, simple, easy, and she was in a friendly and upbeat mood that made me feel really welcome. If enterprise continues to hire hard working people like Sahara there will be a great deal of success in enterprises future

After my accident my insurance sent me to Enterprise to get a rental car when I walked into the building it was packed and I noticed there was only one worker there. That worker was Sahara Smith and I'm thankful for that. Even though she had plenty of people waiting before I even entered the building her demeanor and smile never change. Her professionalism is immaculate and to my surprise she was the assistant manager I just knew that she was the manager!!! I was very impressed on not only how her smile never changed but she also kept track of who was coming in the door and who was waiting on in what order and got us out of there accordingly. I am unaware of enterprises hiring process but they did their big one with this young lady and it is because of her that I will definitely be returning for all of my rental car needs. Thank you Ms. Smith for the pleasant experience after a very bad weekend. You are a treasure. If there was a way for me to write her individually I definitely would...five stars all around.

The whole process from picking me up from the auto body shop that was fixing my car, to dealing with insurance for a rental, to returning the rental was a pleasant seamless process. Every employee I dealt with was very nice and professional. Special shout out to manager Sahara Smith! I've never seen someone multitask so many things at once while being so nice. She literally ran every aspect of getting me and 3 other customers a rental at the same time while answering the phone and taking photos of cars! It was fun just to see her in action! She would be an amazing asset to any business.

They are truly service oriented. The car I rented exceeded my expectations and the staff at the Arlington office was very helpful.
