  Freddie was absolutely wonderful if you need a car go straight to him. He helped me with everything, answered all my questions & allowed me to test drive 2 million cars. I came back multiple days in a row & He was happy to help me every single time without fail. Tony and Jade the managers were absolutely great as well.   I thought I'd take a chance purchasing a rental vehicle from here after reading the information from their website; they only put the best of the fleet out, they have a certified inspection, and a 12 month powertrain warranty. Unfortunately, I had the experience that your gut is telling you that you might have. While I was still in warranty there was a major issue with the coolant. I took it in, and the Enterprise insurance (Assurance) company (they cover the "warranty") requested a full breakdown of the engine. Which is the most expensive part of the bill. The mechanic did find coolant in engine but no damage, so Assurant would not cover any of the repair. The part that needed replacement, while connected to intake/exhaust manifolds and the power train (which are both listed on the dubious power train warranty) was not considered covered so I was stuck with a $3000 bill less than a year after a 30k purchase. The staff were friendly when we bought the car but we're unwilling to help out besides saying "This is why we recommend the extended warranty..." They are saying you should expect your car to have major issues. Then just include it with your cars instead of trying to cash in on an extra few grand at purchase. In closing, go with your gut, do not buy a used rental car. They will find a loophole in the contract if there is anything wrong with it. Just remember how people always treat used cars when they rent them, don't buy one!
