  I had a great experience working with Jose at Enterprise Car Sales! He was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process while I was deciding what vehicle would be the best fit for me. Even though I decided not to move forward with purchasing at this time, he still treated me with respect and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely helped guide me in making the best decision for my situation.   Very kind salesman especially mine Brian and as well as Kiki. Very pleasant and welcoming people! Everyone there for that matter. BRIAN seemed very knowledgeable about his business. He seemed to know what I needed better than I did. I told him I wasnt very happy about that!!🥰

  This place is trash. I went to trade in my car. They stated the appraisal value for my car was $810.00, and I was only approved for a Nissan Kick, with a $2600 down payment. I walked out that establishment so fast. I went to Clay Cooley Nissan the following day and my appraisal value was substantially higher and I left with a 2026 Nissan Sentra. My down payment at Clay Cooley Nissan was substantially lower as well. Jade is money hungry and her appraisal skills are horrible.

  Incredible service! I visited Enterprise Car Sales in Arlington, TX, managed by Jade Rodrigues. Jade, Kiki, and Indya all provided excellent support throughout the process. Although I didn't find the right car initially, Indya found exactly what I was looking for just a few hours after I left. I returned that same day and made the purchase. The true test of their service came when the car developed a few minor issues shortly after I drove off. They immediately told me to bring it back and provided a rental while they ordered parts and completed the repairs. Truly excellent service is rare these days, and this team went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
