  I truly had a great experience at Enterprise. Josh really took great care of me. He had so much patience and great communication skills. He truly took what I wanted and delivered by showing me options that truly aligned with what I was looking for. Such a 10/10 experience! Keke was also so sweet and helpful, she created a family like atmosphere. I highly recommend!

  I have had nothing but nonstop issues with the 3 year old car I bought here six months ago. A few days after purchase, I had to get the gas pedal replaced due to clicking. The same day, my tire pressure light went off. I filled it up, it came back on a week later. Did this a few times before finally taking it to Discount Tire who told me an improper patch job was done on the wheel, causing a slow leak. It wasn't disclosed to me that a patch job had been done on the tire. They also told me the car had four completely different types of tires on the vehicle. Fast forward six months and 200 miles out from the end of my warranty I get a check engine light. I got it checked by Auto Zone who gave me which codes. The light went off after a few days then came back on so I took it back to Enterprise and explained the issue. They told me to take it to any certified dealer for diagnosis then call the warranty number. Took it to the shop and they were surprised to hear that this is what I was told. It was then that I noticed one of my tires was bulging. I took it back to Discount Tire and was able to get that tire repaired under warranty (actually needed two tires replaced and they refused to cover the second despite me having warranty), then was told one of the wheels is bent. All this on a 3 year old car with less than 80k miles that I bought six months ago. I didn't even mention the countless other issues I've experienced that haven't gotten repairs: the speakers are messed up, the infotainment screen will randomly go blank and I have to restart the car several tines to get the screen back on, some of the carpet is already pulling away at the edges. Just to name a few problems. I got my previous car from Enterprise Plano and made the mistake of going to Arlington this time. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
