Well, this is my opinion based on the trouble I had, but it’s something you need to know. A few days ago, we bought a car here, and everything went smoothly until we got a message saying we needed to bring the car back to have the GPS removed and the alignment done. We asked about the timing, and they told us the mechanic left at 5:00 PM, so we did everything possible to arrive by 3:30 PM. We were quite far away when we got the message but thought that would be enough time. We arrived and dropped it off at 4:30 PM; they told us they were also going to change the brakes. By 5:30 PM, they said one tire still needed work—even though we had told them we had to leave and had only come for the GPS and alignment. Finally, at 7:00 PM, we couldn't take it anymore and told them to just give us the car as-is so we could leave. They told us the GPS work still wasn't done; that’s when we got really annoyed—we’d been there four hours with nothing to show for it. My brother went to speak to the manager a second time—obviously upset, since the first time he spoke to him, the guy had answered rudely. The manager was incredibly rude; he raised his voice and everything. Of course, this happens once they already have your money. It shows a lack of respect from the business and the manager; they need to maintain their composure, and even if a customer is angry, they shouldn't be disrespectful. My advice is: don't buy anything here. It’s not worth being treated this way—seriously, go somewhere else. And just to clarify, the disrespectful guy is the one sitting in the corner right by the main entrance; avoid him. He is rude, unethical, and unprofessional.
1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience
This place was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly recommend doing your research before doing business here.
I visited this dealership a couple of weeks ago, and Mikal was the salesperson I worked with. I went in intending to trade in my 2023 vehicle. Because of some minor damage to the front end, they were unwilling to accept it as a trade-in. Instead of helping me find a reasonable solution, I was actually advised to voluntarily repossess my current vehicle and then take out another loan for a Nissan Frontier. That recommendation alone was extremely concerning and unprofessional.
I clearly stated from the beginning that I was looking for a used truck. Despite that, the first vehicle they brought around for me to test drive was a brand-new Frontier that was significantly more expensive than what I was looking for.
The salesperson was also extremely inattentive throughout the process. What should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a three-hour ordeal. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t interested in spending $34,000 on a truck that didn’t even have enough seat adjustment for me to sit comfortably.
After wasting three hours of my time, they came back and told me they were going to “lose money” on the deal. Then, because I had reiterated that I wanted something used, they suddenly wanted an additional $6,000 down payment.
The entire experience left me feeling like the dealership was more interested in getting me into a loan than actually helping me find a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. The recommendation to voluntarily repossess my existing vehicle was particularly disturbing.
Thankfully, I decided not to move forward. I went to DriveTime afterward, and the experience was completely different — professional, straightforward, and actually focused on helping me find a vehicle that worked for me.
I’m extremely glad I didn’t come back to this dealership with the additional $6,000 they requested. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to get everything in writing, understand the financing terms, and shop around before signing anything.
Three hours of my time wasted, a recommendation that could have seriously damaged my credit, and an experience that left me with absolutely no desire to ever return.

Horrible Experience
Do not take your vehicle to this dealership.
I brought my car in this morning for an oil change and a full alignment. I had brand-new control arms installed, and there were no major issues with my vehicle when I brought it in. I even have the paperwork showing there were no problems noted with the control arms.
When they returned my vehicle and I attempted to drive away, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was not turning properly and I felt like I had no control of the vehicle. I immediately brought it back to the dealership.
They test-drove it and told me it only needed power steering fluid. I explained that this problem did not exist when I brought my vehicle in.
They then wanted to charge me $99 for a diagnostic test to determine what was wrong. Why would I pay for a diagnostic to identify a problem that did not exist before I brought my vehicle there?
They also did not complete the alignment. I was later told that both control arms were damaged, which means they could not perform the alignment. I brought my vehicle there specifically for an alignment, and now I am left with a vehicle that has a steering issue and damaged control arms.
I feel like I paid for a service that was not completed and received my vehicle back in worse condition than when I brought it in.
I also called to speak with the manager, but the manager did not want to take my call.
I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware and use caution before taking their vehicle here. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Update on my review: The manager finally called me back, but unfortunately, my car is still damaged.
He advised that he has 30 years of experience and wasn’t sure how this could have happened, especially since the issue should have been simple to correct. I explained that, based on my experience, it would be difficult for me to believe the damage occurred accidentally. However, I’m not there to make accusations. I simply wanted to make them aware of what happened, and I will not be bringing my vehicle back there again.
He offered to refund my money, which I appreciated and he did, although I never asked for a refund. Unfortunately, a refund doesn’t fix the issue I’m now left with. I advised him that I have a video and that I took my vehicle to another shop, where I was informed that the control arm was damaged. He said he would like to see the documentation. I told him I would be happy to provide it, but I also didn’t want to inconvenience myself any further by having to return.
They also know that when I left their dealership, my vehicle was not driving properly because I immediately turned around and brought it back.
I have reached out to corporate and am waiting for them to contact me. At the end of the day, I’m now left having to pay to repair damage that was not there when I brought my vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed with the situation. I simply don’t want anyone else to experience what I went through. I would never deliberately cause damage to someone else’s vehicle, and I expect the same level of care when I trust a business with mine. at this point, it’s a lesson learned. I just want to move forward get my vehicle fixed and that’s it.
