If I can no star this place I ABSOLUTELY would. I went in with deposit and all I needed was asked to bring COSIGNER & I did. When we left we noticed my name was no where on paperwork and only the person I brought to cosign. I started to ask questions and suddenly no replies. They did the bank approval only my friends name and not mine. The two gentlemen who did the paperwork weren't at all clear or cared to explain anything. I took car back and decided not to go with it. And asked for my money back. When I went to get the check was under my friends name and not mine when I was the one who gave the money for downpayment. Honestly the two men played us so much and didn't care to explain anything at all. They just wanted to flirt. They ended up wanting us to call bank and claim fraud when THEY were the ones who did all that to us. The two people who helped big time were Stephen & Roland who listened and fix it and got us closure. Other then the check not being given to right person. . I wouldn't say not to go there I would advice to make sure to ask for paperwork before you drive off. And if they get you cosigner make sure that's what it is

Leaving a 1 star because you have to choose a star. My experience was on Friday, June 3rd at Don Davis Nissan (Arlington Pre-Owned) I went out and test drove a vehicle and was interested in purchasing it and asked for a purchase order for the bank and then after a few minutes of Jose being in the computer he got up and came back to say that he wasn’t able to sale the vehicle because it wasn’t in inventory but he has another vehicle he was willing to sell. Funny thing is vehicle was listed for 29 days on the actual Don Davis site and TrueCar site which is where I inquired about it. Vehicle was priced for $19174 and then a few days later new price is $26690 same vin and same stock number. It’s a shame to have the sales team lie to a potential customer for a mistake the company made. Including the original post I inquired from on TrueCar for the $19174 with the number of days and now the new price on Don Davis site where it’s listed at $26690 and as you can see vin number and stock number are the same. Do better Don Davis.

Exceptional Service - Brandon & Kinn Make the Impossible Happen! If you are looking for a seamless, stress-free car buying experience, go see Brandon Williams at Don Davis Nissan! As a college student, I honestly didn't think it was going to be possible for me to get into a vehicle right now, but Brandon truly makes the impossible happen. My father and I called him ahead of time and explained exactly what I needed—a small SUV with excellent gas mileage. Brandon listened perfectly to every single detail. By the time we arrived, he already had the perfect vehicle pulled up and ready for us: a beautiful 2026 Nissan Kicks! My father co-signed, and that is where Mr. Kinn Yost, our finance manager, stepped in. Mr. Kinn did an absolutely exceptional job handling our paperwork. Together with Mr. Brandon, they worked serious magic to secure reasonable monthly payments that perfectly fit my tight college budget. I am incredibly pleased with the financial side of this deal. The customer service from both of these gentlemen is next-level. They are attentive, efficient, and genuinely care about getting you the right deal. I couldn't be happier with my new SUV. Thank you, Mr. Brandon and Mr. Kinn, for going above and beyond to help a student out!

By far the worse dealership. They will get you in a car but you will pay. They put you in simple interest loan which depending on what day you pay most of your money will go to interest. So example if my car note is due on the 15 and is $600. If I pay on the 15th, only $100 will be applied to principal. But if I split the payments and pay every two weeks then almost half and half but interest always gets more. And the company they put me with in order to make sure my additional payments go to principal only I can only make it on the day I pay the second half of the split payments or the full payment. But it has to be at that time only. Rodney the salesman not only lied to me about the “bumper to bumper” coverage I said I wanted to see it in writing. He brought over a charted coverage for 8 years or 100k miles. Whole time that’s for new cars only, not used. The finance guy tried to cover for him and I said no I am very clear what he said and showed me. Mean while he’s showing me one for 3 years 36k miles. For $4600 and it’s not bumper to bumper. I find out when we go to the credit union they have 8 years 100k miles for $2300 for my used vehicle! Now I’m trying to cancel the one from the dealership and the phone communication is horrible. These ppl answer and auto transfer me because they see me calling back to back. Yet I’m calling back to back because no answers OR they lie about getting back to me. The director of finance Joey not calling back or responding to my emails after I’ve expressed the lack of engagement of my request. Tim from finance lied and said his manager was on it whole time there was a doc we needed to fill out. He assured me he would follow up with an update and didn’t nor did he ever mention paper work or anything. I had to deal with Joey who gave us the doc but I haven’t heard from him since. I had to call to talk to a manager today. I will never refer a single person to this place. While people need cars we need actual quality service that goes beyond the sale. Where are you when we have service needs and paperwork issues. They will fast talk you and lie you into that car. And if you don’t understand what you’re getting they will leave you at risk of paying more than you have to. Playing around with deadlines on cancellations is NOT ethical. And if I end up having to go up there I am going to be flaming. Because I’ll be using energy this electric car needs to operate and I won’t get into the false “education” Rodney misrepresented the car EV with. I know how unethical Dealerships can be and everyone typically does, but it’s important to know and point out the ones who operate like this so you either know how to better navigate them or to navigate away from them.

After several bad experiences with this dealership (mostly sales personnel who are no longer there,) I decided to give Mikael a chance at earning my business back. I swore I'd never deal with them again & when my lease was up, I planned to go elsewhere. Mikael didn't hound me but respected my time-frame when following up. He had a car I was interested in so finally agreed to meet with him. I didn't want to play games, with the back & forths for hours, calling in the sharks, telling me I needed money down when I never did on my other leases. Since he had a scarlet ember Sentra I expected it to look like the last one I turned in. I said to have the paperwork ready with the price agreed upon. We'll, it was only the price confirmed. Nothing was prepped & still running credit. I had just been to the dealership not long before & was going to turn my lease in early but the salesnan I didnt care for before due to promising to remove a maintenance pkg & then ignored me, ttold me they didn't make it in red 2025 which was a lie, trying to sell me what was in stock! I didn't hold out much hope meeting but he held to his word! The only downfall...I didn't like the car! It was the right color but didn't look like my prior car at all...the lines changed in 2026! I wish he had known. I kept saying I didn't like it but felt obligated to take it since he kept his part of the bargain. I've gotten used to the spaceship dash but the body I don't consider pretty, kind of a smashed in bulldog-looking front & the tire rims are all black. Looked very masculine. I learned this is supposedly the new look in SV Premium Sentras & similar models. I haven't seen any on the road though & question if they're not selling. The deal was good insomuchas I got more car for my money this time including a sunroof. I wanted this to be my last lease and buy it in 3 years. Mikael was resourceful saying for $300 they could paint the rims silver. I got a good deal on the car but that makes it feel like I didn't, to pay that money to make it more palatable or was told I could go to a rim shop & buy rims for $1k. I asked if they could switch out the rims w/ others, even old ones, but it was a no. He was onto the next deal while finance did the final papers which always takes forever there but finance mgr was a delight. I was upset about something while I waited & Mikael addressed it immediately. HE restored my faith in this dealership, which is now owned by Clay Cooley. It all comes down to the sales person though & if they are willing to go the extra mile. I still don't care for the car but when I can afford it, I'll get them painted. My concern is if I don't do a lease end purchase I'd be liable for the rims not being original & will be stuck paying for them to resell or have to buy a car I don't care for. It does drive great but I will probably look to buy a used 2025 in 3 years, like the one I LOVED. I just wasn't satisfied with my purchase unfortunately. It seems there should have been more an attempt to satisfy me since I was leaving with a car I didn't want.
