I had a great experience working with Arturo! He was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire car-buying process. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to swindle me into something I didn’t want. He was upfront, patient, and genuinely worked with me to make everything go smoothly. I really appreciate how easy and stress-free Arturo made the experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

SCAMMERS They sold me a TOTALED car for $27,000 and hid it on the paperwork.
The Lie: When I bought my 2023 Nissan Altima, they had me sign a "Damage Disclosure Statement." They wrote "N/A" for all prior damage.
The Truth: AutoCheck records show the car was in a severe total-loss collision in September 2023—months BEFORE Clay Cooley sold it to me.
The Response: When caught, management refused to speak with me, ignored formal legal demands, and tried to hide behind Carfax.
They will gladly hand you paperwork claiming a clean history just to trap you into buying an unsafe, structurally ruined vehicle. Check your vehicle history reports independently and shop somewhere else!

I have to give it to sales rep Joseph, I usually purchase through Carmax bc I don't like to haggle pricing but I randomly got a phone call and it was the perfect timing bc I was in the market for a car. I explained what I wanted, why, and he followed up with immediately with some cars that fit my budget, mileage, and year. At first I wasn't sold but then a day later, he sent me a video of a car that was 12k miles and within my budget. I had to go see it in person and Joseph was right, I loved it. I came in with my own financing and after some time and some haggling, they were able to beat the financing from my lender. I wasn't mad at the hustle! They explained everything clearly, I understood the numbers, and we were able to make a deal. Again, I'm very happy that Joseph reached out multiple times because he got me in the door and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I want to start by saying that Kam is an amazing representative. If you have the chance to work with him, I absolutely recommend it. He was great throughout the entire buying process, and he deserves all the customers!
That being said, my experience after purchasing my 2025 VW Cross Sport on July 18th was very frustrating. The buying process itself was amazing, and Kam was fantastic. However, once we got home after driving almost two hours, we received a call from their finance department a few days later saying that my vehicle had not been inspected and that I would not be able to register it until it was. I was told I would need to drive another two hours back to the dealership to have it inspected in person. Since I am a college student who also works, I had to take time off work and rearrange my schedule to make the trip. I was told that, because of the inconvenience, they would at least provide me with a tank of gas.
About a week later, I finally made the two-hour drive back to the dealership. When I arrived, I found out that the finance employee I had been speaking with had been fired, which no one had informed me about beforehand. I was then told that my vehicle had actually already been inspected and was simply waiting for the inspection sticker to arrive.
This meant I drove four hours round trip, took time off work, and rearranged my schedule for something that ultimately did not need to be done. I was also not provided any compensation for the time, gas, or inconvenience.
Again, I want to emphasize that Kam was absolutely amazing and I would gladly work with him again. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through from the finance department after the sale were extremely disappointing. I hope the dealership can use this as an opportunity to improve communication with customers, especially when situations change internally.

This dealership might be the worst dealership in DFW. I had a really bad experience with Xavier about three weeks ago and wrote a review on it when I received an email from Carfax asking about my experience. I got a response apologizing for wat i went through with them and asking me to give them a chance to make it right. Then I got two texts directly from Clay Cooley asking me to contact them on Monday of this week. I decided to give them a chance to make it right with me. I received a call and a text from Tim Horn who said he was the Sales Manager. I stated to Tim what had been happening and at first, he seemed genuinely interested in working with me. That changed to the same treatment I had received in my first encounter only much worse. He stood me up on a call he was supposed to make yesterday afternoon and then when I called in, he tried to make it look like in the bigger picture that the situation was all my fault. He said that he was busy and couldn't call me. The texting communication went downhill from there he immediately became passive aggressive and continued on to condescending and confrontational. Towards the end I was ting there is something wrong with him. he became delusional towards the end. Please know that we hadn't even talked about a car purchase yet or the exact vehicle I was wanting to make a deal on. I know there are two sides to the story, but I have the texts to prove how both my first encounter went and this absolutely insane 2nd encounter went. Ownership will receive a formal written complaint and a record of all communications. This is how bad it got. In closing, we are the customer, they are the service provider. Old fashion maybe but it is one of the gold standards in good business practices. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this dealership. I haven't bought a vehicle yet for my wife but because of few experiences like this whit dealerships I recommend the following salesperson/dealerships that are working in my behalf to find the right vehicle for me. Even though I haven't got the deal or car I want from these dealerships yet, they are upfront and very professional, all-around solid businesses. Juan at Classic Chevrolet Cleburn, AJ at Freeman Toyota, and Cody at Jeff Hunter Waco Toyota.
