  Deceptive service drive. Avoid this dealership. I brought my 2023 Outlander in on 07/08 for a $299.99 rear brake repair. I presented the official digital coupon for "20% off repairs" sent directly to my phone through their text system. The service manager flat-out refused to honor it. First, he claimed a brake overhaul was "maintenance," and when I called him out on that, he changed his story and claimed the repair was already "on sale" to dodge the discount. Neither restriction is in their coupon's fine print.To make it worse, they quoted me their $69.95 Wednesday Oil Change Special, but snuck a $79.95 charge onto my final bill for an additional quart charge without telling me beforehand my vehicle takes 6 quarts. They hit me with a hidden fee instead of being upfront about my engine needing a 6th quart.They forced me to pay full retail price ($498.00 total) and completely ignored a text message giving them a chance to fix this privately. Total lack of integrity and zero pricing transparency. They use bait-and-switch pricing to trap you once your car is taken apart on the lift. Take your vehicle somewhere honest. Dishonest and deceitful dealer.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers, ask for Jody Chew at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas. Jody worked tirelessly to help get me approved for my vehicle when things looked bleak. There were moments when I felt like giving up, but she never did. Instead, she stepped in with encouragement, reassurance, and a determination to keep fighting for me. Her positive attitude and genuine belief that things would work out gave me the confidence to keep going. What impressed me most wasn’t just her professionalism—it was her heart. She treated me like a person, not just another sale. She stayed committed throughout the entire process, kept me informed, answered my questions, and celebrated with me when everything finally came together. Jody is an incredible asset to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi and a shining example of what outstanding customer service looks like. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Jody.   Enrico Hudspeth is absolutely AMAZING! He listened and delivered exactly what my husband and I wanted for the right price! We needed a SPECIFIC TRUCK for hunting and we sure did get it! THANK YOU SO MUCH Enrico we will make sure to take you fishing and hunting with us! Oh and make ya some hog tamales! 💙🙏🥰

  I just bought a Mitsubishi outlander rally-art. My sales person was Winslow, it was a joy to work with such a pleasant young man, Winslow was very attentive and respectful of my time and needs, he was with me through the entire process. I personally give Winslow a 10 for his ability to put me at ease throughout the process. The only negative thing is that I asked if my payments could start at a certain time and was assured that would not be a problem by the financial manager, but when I went to sign the final contract that was not the case. I was extremely disappointed especially because Winslow made sure to do his part but feel he didn't get the support ti ensure my total satisfaction, no falt to the sales person Winslow. None the less Winslow gets a 10 the rest get a 3 for their part.

  I’ve been coming to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi’s Service Department since 2022, when I owned an Eclipse. From day one, Ket has gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make sure everything was done right. Even though I no longer have that car, he’s still the only person I trust with my vehicle. I brought my car in today, and both Ket and Ian were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. My car is driving so smoothly, and I feel reassured and safe knowing it was serviced by people who genuinely care about their customers and their work.
