  Going thru a divorce after 16yrs, 600 miles away from all my family... Just me and my adult son. How to sell two vehicles within the last month to keep up with the bills since the husband left us with a whole stack of them. Anyway, now I have excellent employment with excellent paying and my son has an excellent job with excellent pay as well. I had reached out to them roughly a couple weeks ago because I wanted to trade a couple of vehicles in and get another one but since we weren't employed at the time, I thought it would be best to sell them out right. Explain all of that on the phone and through text messaging and through Facebook instant messaging and explained that I was worried because we had not been in our jobs for long and we would not get approved. Continue to be reassured repeatedly over and over and over and over that absolutely we can get you into a car and we can take your down payment and we can take your trade in, we had one car left, and just fill this application out and blah blah blah blah blah. I told them that I would fill it out at home because I was not going to waste this expensive gas that we have right now from North Fort Worth to Arlington to simply be denied. Oh no ma'am we will get you fixed right up! It will take maybe an hour or so and you will hear back from me immediately. This was from jonathan. This was at 1:00 p.m. today. I did not hear a peep from him for the rest of the day as I was afraid that the short time with the employment would be a factor. But they had not the common courtesy or decency to call someone back or text or email or FB im. Pure coward. Good thing I wasn't an idiot and TRUST A CAR SALESMAN!!!! 🤣 We ended up going to the car lot that is in our ZIP code and we both walked out with two new vehicles and traded his old car in.

  You see the buyers job is to save as much money as possible dealerships is to make as much as possible I’m always in for a good negotiation but saying my vehicle does not qualify for a tax credit when it does is a very interesting way of practice sales manager also never introduced himself as well very interesting experience I attached the tax law I’ve been around the car business and familiar with the software they use and its capabilities did also fail to include it in the initial pencil as well I could go on but that’s the meat and potato’s but a little disheartening

  I had a great experience working with Jonathan while purchasing a 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec for my wife. Jonathan was amazing from beginning to end. He’s a really nice, friendly, and professional young man who made the entire process easy and was there to help me every step of the way. Jonathan truly cares about his customers and made sure I was taken care of throughout the purchase. I would highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. Great customer service and a great attitude. 10/10 — highly recommend Jonathan!

  We had a great experience with Clay Cooley Ford and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We got a great deal on our 2026 Ford F-150, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Manager Alex Beydoun and Consultant Roland Lynn were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer our questions, made sure we understood everything, and worked with my husband and our sons throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. We really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us find the right truck at a great price. Thank you, Alex and Roland, for making the experience such a positive experience!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my Ford Escape in for service 2 years ago, and my experience was fine, at best. Dear reader, my displeasure merely starts there. I have received Clay Cooley mailers at minimum once a week since that time. Sometimes, I get 3 in the same week. I have called and respectfully asked to be removed many times. I’ve send mail back as “return to sender”. I’ve told them I do not even own that Ford Escape anymore, yet still receive mail saying they’re “interested in buying my vehicle”. It’s relentless. Maybe this review will get their attention? Maybe they will just start sending me emails too! UPDATE: I previously received a response that I felt was positive, however it was completely disingenuous. I continue to receive mail despite being assured I was removed from lists. Extremely poor customer service and no respect for “customers”.
