Called and talked to Internet sales. Carlos answered and said he would be glad to help us. Quoted us a price and said to come out and test drive. Was looking for my mom who has mobility issues. He had 2 choices ready for us when we arrived because we were debating on whether to get the hybrid or regular engine. We got a great deal on the hybrid for my mom. I wish I could include her photo. I haven’t seen her this happy in a very long time. She says the car drives “like a dream, so smooth”. Love the huge monitor with Apple play. That’s a game changer. I’ve had a great experience with Clay Cooley Ford from the moment I purchased my truck and even after the sale. Jonathan, my salesperson, has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way during the purchase, and even after the sale he continues to be my go-to person whenever I have questions. If he doesn’t have the answer himself, he always makes sure to connect me with the right people.
I also want to recognize Alvin Webb (Finance Director) and Milton Roberts (Finance Manager). I went back with questions about my auto loan, and they took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. They broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and were incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful.
In the service department, Nacho Ortega has been just as exceptional. He has always been there to answer my questions, keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle, and makes every service visit a smooth experience. Because of the excellent service I’ve received from him, I’ve even started bringing my 2019 Mustang there for maintenance in addition to my truck.

Walked into the dealership looking to walk around and find a truck that called to me, The first sales person was absolutely rude his way or the highway luckily I don’t remember his name but then I met Chris. He completely saved the day and turned everything around for me , he walked with me and took his time explaining everything to the littlest detail about each truck I was looking for. We found the perfect truck for me that fit the budget and then he went above and beyond and added every single package deal and discounts he could find for me, I felt like family. Chris is the only salesman I want to ever have to deal with for the rest of my life , yes that may sounds far fetched but there’s not enough praise I could say about him, he’s the reasons I left today with a truck and I’m highly thankful.

LONG POST - Should you choose to have your vehicle serviced here, take a test drive before leaving the lot. It may save you weeks of frustration, excuses, and disappointment. Since May 30, 2026, Clay Cooley Ford has had possession of our Expedition for a damage THEY CAUSED, and we are now approaching four weeks without our vehicle. As a Ford owner for over 35 years, we have never been treated like this at Rockwall Ford, Grand Prairie Ford or Randall Reed's Ford!
We brought our Ford Expedition in to Clay Cooley Ford on May 28 for a Ford factory recall. During their multi-point inspection, the service department recommended that we have the rear differential serviced. Trusting their recommendation, we approved the work and paid $199 to have it completed along with the recall.
We picked up our Expedition on May 29. Almost immediately, we noticed a fluid leak and a popping noise that had never existed before. We called the service advisor immediately and was told by to bring it back the next morning. We returned the vehicle to Clay Cooley Ford on May 30. That same day they presented us with a $6348 repair recommendation to overhaul the rear differential, that was just serviced!
What followed has been weeks of frustration.
It took until June 5 for the dealership to admit that the rear differential had been damaged during the service they performed. Their lack of accountability was very disappointing.
We picked up a loaner on June 6 (Bronco Sport), our Expedition is an 8-passenger SUV and a Bronco really doesn't meet our family's needs, but that's all they had. June 9, I requested a comparable vehicle and explained that we had upcoming important family obligations, including travel related to the loss of multiple family members. I was told they would "work on it."
Nothing happened.
I called back June 19 for either my car or a bigger loaner for our travel plans. Again, one was not available. Now (June 22nd), after three weeks without our vehicle and still no adequate loaner available, I am being forced to rent an SUV at my own expense because Clay Cooley Ford still cannot provide a suitable replacement vehicle and has yet to complete the repairs or give us an update...without me calling.
I understand that mistakes happen. Vehicles can break, repairs can take time, and parts can be delayed. What I don't understand is why a dealership would recommend a service, damage a customer's vehicle while performing that service, take nearly a week to acknowledge responsibility, keep the vehicle for weeks afterward, and still leave the customer scrambling to find adequate transportation, when I have tried multiple times to get my vehicle or a loaner that meets our needs.
The issue is no longer just the damaged rear differential. It's the lack of accountability, communication, and customer care that followed.
A routine recall appointment and a recommended maintenance service turned into weeks without our vehicle, repeated delays, and additional expenses that we should never have had to incur.
Mistakes happen. Accountability matters. Unfortunately, Clay Cooley Ford Arlington has shown very little of it throughout this experience. Their repair recommendation that they presented to us before they took accountability is attached. We will steer clear of Clay Cooley Ford, even though they are the closest Ford dealership to us.
