  I bought a really nice Ford Expedition Platinum 2023 from Clay Cooley Ford in Arlington, Texas. They figured my tag tax and title at the time of purchase which is normal, since I live in Oklahoma. They overcharged me $400.10 which I have reached out to them numerous times trying to get the overcharge returned to no avail, after the purchase was completed and everything was done I was informed that there was only one key fob, after talking to a sales manager he told me they would take care of it. Now 45 days later they don't return calls or texts, I love the vehicle but I will certainly continue to give them bad reviews because their customer service is terrible!!!!

  This dealership is a joke. Worst customer service ever. I’ve been here twice, because they had what I thought I was looking for. Well, not sure how they think the cars will show themselves or if they’re not really interested in selling, because I pretty much had to show myself the cars I was wanting see! Once they see that you’re leaving, they WILL come and try to show you the cars. I wonder if this is their selling technique, but it definitely doesn’t work for me! I have tons of questions before buying a car, and I need them answered.

  We have been talking about giving Clay Cooley Ford a try after shopping at another dealership for thirty years. We were shopping for a new Ford F-150 Platinum and called Clay Cooley Ford. We were extremely pleased with the service from our sales rep Chris Van Sickle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant, no pressure experience. Chris paid attention to our needs and what we were looking for in a new truck.   I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I saved up $15k to put down on my first brand new pickup. I was very picky with what I wanted and how I wanted it. Angel Olivares was my sales guy and he got me exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. No BS, gave me his best solid advice, and got everything done for me to the best of his ability. He was a pleasure to work with. Same with Virgil Owens over in finance. He was a blessing and got us all situated wonderfully! Everybody we met with here was extremely friendly and just pleasant to chat with in general. For a full day at a dealership (we were chatting it up. these guys are pretty efficient), it felt like it was just an hour or two. Not a single boring moment with these guys. And I finally got a new truck! I named him Owen and hung up the Angel necklace I’ve carried with me since I got my license. I thank y’all every day for making such a stressful process a complete breeze!
