  Went over from Rowlett,TX to look at a Nissan Armada. My wife had been talking to the salesman and he said it was available. We get there and a different salesman is there. He supposedly goes to get the keys. Comes back and says that it sold within the last 2 days, yesterday or earlier. Right there was a giveaway lie. Then he said they would refresh the website. My wife said she was told it was there. That was 1 and a half weeks ago. The vehicle is still listed. Bait and switch liars is what they are. Don't trust them!!

  I went in there with intentions to buy a vehicle which was presented at a certain price but of course after finalizing all the fees it was approximately $5,000 added on. Mind you, I called in advance to avoid time wasted to confirm if it was a negotiable situation, the girl said yes, however it really wasn’t. I was also told they DO NOT work with credit union of Texas (I was pre approved) and insisted we run a pre approval through their bank loan program, yet another employee there stated they DO indeed work with credit union of Texas which was very shady of them to lie about. Be mindful that this location has a lot of young employees that don’t necessarily care to work and just go around puffing their vapes in the office. :-)

  Will trick you into coming here and letting them run your credit millions of times, even though you tell them your situation and ask them if you have a chance based off of all the things they are claiming in this voucher, however the voucher is not real nor are the deals they will run your credit through the ground then ask you for $6000 or a cosigner. Then the car that you actually came for is not even there they’ve been running your credit for something else the whole entire time I had a bad feeling about this place decided to go anyways that was the terrible mistake. Save yourself. Don’t go to the Dallas location either. They’re just nicer but do the same bullshit.

  "Mi experiencia en este lugar fue lamentable debido al comportamiento del manager. No solo demostró una falta total de profesionalismo y cortesía hacia el cliente, sino que cruzó una línea inaceptable al mostrar actitudes groseras y racistas por el simple hecho de no hablar inglés. Es una pena que el prestigio de un establecimiento caiga tan bajo por tener a cargo a una persona con tan poca ética y respeto. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie que busque un trato digno y humano." My experience at this establishment was deplorable due to the manager's behavior. Not only did he demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy toward the customer, but he also crossed an unacceptable line by displaying rude and racist attitudes simply because I did not speak English. It is a shame that the reputation of an establishment should sink so low by having a person with such scant ethics and respect in charge. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking dignified and humane treatment.

  I would strongly advise against using this dealership for service. I had a camshaft replaced, which inexplicably took over two weeks. When I finally got my truck back, the workmanship was unacceptable—my muffler bracket was broken, loose screws were left inside various compartments, and the coolant wasn’t properly refilled, causing my truck to overheat shortly after leaving. I had to stop and buy coolant just to make it home. Now, while attempting to replace my spark plugs and coil packs, I can’t even remove the #5 spark plug because it’s been sealed over with excess sealant from the valve cover work. That’s not just sloppy—it shows a complete lack of care and professionalism. I don’t know who worked on my vehicle, but the quality reflects inexperience at best. I will not be returning, as I have zero confidence that any further work wouldn’t create more problems. Avoid Clay Cooley dealerships if you value your vehicle and your time—they clearly do not prioritize customer service or quality control. I’m taking my truck to Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Lewisville instead, where customer care still seems to matter. It’s unfortunate—this place was far better before Don Davis sold it.
