  My first experience wasn’t great, but since the new management took over, WOW! Dekorrian was informative, professional, and honest throughout the process. I’d give this team 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend asking for Dekorrian if you’re looking to drive away with a vehicle.

  I took my 2018 Jeep Compass in for an electrical repair. The area where my stop/ start and emergency brake was experiencing a shortage causing my car to stop and my dashboard to light up. After they diagnosed the problem saying that something was spilled in the area got.into the wiring. So they replaced the stop / start switch. Ok fine. Car was doing fine. Till yesterday car would not crank up like something was pulling power feom the battery. Then I got the message emergency brake needs servicing. Im like all.of that shouldn't been repaired. Because my proactive problem solving mind was thinking if something was spilled in the area then everything or switches in that area where something was spilled should've been repaired. This is what I tell the guy at service center. He tells me that the only message they received on their diagnose machine was the stop/start. I just stared b/c they must not have good mechanics. If something has a shortage in it it will sometimes work or seem to function so to be on the safe side just replaced all of the items to save time and money and paying double labor for something that should have been repaired the first time!!! I told them hey I will only pay for parts b/c this should've been repaired. His response is now we got find out whats going on ??? You already know whats going on!! I know when sales are low its up to the service dept to carry the money making load.

  My sales lady was Jodye and she was excellent…my credit was absolute trash and she still made it happen for me…I’d been to multiple places that turned me around or asked me for an outrageous down payment…she worked with me until the finance company gave me the approval I needed to drive off today…if I or anybody I know never needs a vehicle…I would gladly refer them to her for their auto need…This is my first purchase from a legitimate car dealership and she sincerely helped me through the process with complete transparency and understanding…from the purchase of the car down to the insurance she was her work ethic was FLAWLESS…I give a five star ration with extreme gratitude for her helping me get adequate transportation for my family

  What an experience! Natalie was patient, kind, understanding and trustworthy. We spoke over the phone and I told her what i had for down payment and my needs. I informed her that I had an autistic son and could not sit for a long time. She rock the deal. I went to 2 other places and was not happy or satisfied, and I know it was God. My daughter to me where to go and I called and got an 😇 angel and she was God sent. She found what I was looking for and when I finally met her I felt in my heart I am now at home.
