  Called trying to get numbers on a Truck from out of state, stated id fly in and purchase the truck and drive it back as long as the price was legit and they didn't have any hidden addons or anything. Was told I had to fill out a credit app in order to just see preliminary numbers before flying from another state which is crazy. Then I was told they would lose too much money by selling it to me for their posted price on the website and that's why they couldn't send numbers which is mind boggling. Just be wary of hidden fees potentially if you go down there before getting anything in writing, I assume this is what they are hiding and why they would "lose too much money".

  I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. When we arrive we were asked to fill out a sheet with our information, I was hesitant but they said they needed it in order to pull up our pre-approval. I was told they wouldn’t run a new credit inquiry, but they did anyway. They also claimed they couldn’t accept my pre-approval. On top of that, they tried to add “mandatory” warranties to the deal and insisted they couldn’t be removed. When my husband and I questioned the charges and asked to have the warranties removed, the sales manager became loud and unprofessional. We left and went to another dealership immediately afterward. Within less than two hours, we purchased the exact same vehicle using our pre-approval and got a much better deal—without being forced into unnecessary add-ons. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommended this dealership.

  I will never go to Clay cooley anywhere. So i schedule to see a car. Drive the 2 hours to get there they have sold the car and "forgot to tell me" and "didn't know" i got both of those reasons. So i leave they tell me that the car is available we were only 25min away so not a big deal we co.e back. Nope sold again...... they were like hey we will take care of you this was our mistake. And how you ask did they take care of me? They had another vehicle and they raised the price 3k from what they pulled up on their computer's! Save yourself time and frustration from this scamming company.

  If i could give 0 stars i would my sales rep i went through was sarah i dont know her whole name lied the whole time we were having conversations over texts before i came for about a week talked up a good deal i dont live close to the dealership so i drove about an hour away i told her that also that i wasnt trying to come and get my time nor gas wasted she had a nasty attitude almost the whole time with smart remarks my credit is great so when she asked can i have a co signer i was confused but i did it then she said i still needed down payment with a co signer me and my co signer have outstanding credit somi was very confused i guess she wasn't going to get compensation with my deal so she lied and made me wait 4 hours on her running back and forth dealing with different customers while handling me highly upset at this service i will not be returning to this clay cooley location ever!!!.
