  Very convenient, close to my home, however don’t take two Air Fresheners, an employee came running across the facility, confronted me like I had robbed the place. Very embarrassing. I thought the price of my membership afforded me two air fresheners bi monthly. Wow

  I usually give the caliber car washes a 5, but this gets a single star because the hours on Google do not match the actual time they are open. Two more cars came through wanting to wash as well.

  I’ve been a member here for the last four years, but after today’s experience, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. My friend and I came to wash our cars. She always vacuums her car before purchasing her wash and has never had an issue until today. We were approached and she was wrongly accused of being someone else who had previously had issues at this location and even had the police called on them. Bill, the sales manager, was extremely rude throughout the interaction. We explained that we were simply vacuuming first and were about to purchase our washes. We even told him he was welcome to watch us if he had any concerns. Beyond this incident, the overall quality of this location has gone downhill. The vacuums are often weak or broken, and many times there are no clean towels available for customers. What concerns me the most is how my friend was mistaken for someone else. From my perspective, the only similarity between the two individuals was that they were both Black. That left us feeling unfairly singled out and profiled, and it was an upsetting experience. After being a loyal customer for four years, I expected to be treated with respect. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and questioning whether we want to continue supporting this business.
