  Do not recommend. I’ve not been spoken to so rudely in a very long time. The manager walked up to me while I was vacuuming and told me to stop what I was doing and immediately go through the wash. I said I always vacuum and clean the inside before going through the wash because I don’t want the water spots to dry onto my car. He accused me of “eating before I paid.” I’m baffled by the disrespect. You’d think if someone was so concerned with getting paying customers, they would treat their customers more respectfully. My husband and I were frequent customers but we will not be coming back. Would rather spend my money somewhere that values people more than a buck.

  Great car wash! I purchased my Caliber membership from Crystal. My car always looks polished & squeaky clean. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I enjoy coming to get my car washed.

  Very disappointing experience. When my car was exiting the automatic wash, it started moving in reverse ( It was in Neutral btw) while another vehicle was right behind me. It was a scary moment and a serious safety concern. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse there were no clean towels available after the wash. I noticed other customers and myself having to walk to the opposite side to find towels. Zero stars…

  Went to cancel the young man was helpful told his white manager and he said he can not help me but you helped get my money HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS LOCATION

  I had the police called on me because I cleaned out my car first before going through the car wash. I’ve been going to this car wash for 3 years and never was said I had to purchase a wash before using the vacuums I typically clean the inside then go through the car wash . I was there today and the old white man asked me if I’m going to purchase a wash I had said no it raining, he says I need to in order to use the vacuums I said I was not notified of that he points at a sign that says it I say okay I will go through the wash he walks away does his job (he also told another car this as well ) he then proceeded to come back over to me and the other car he took the vacuum from this lady son ( had be no older than 10) tells them they have to purchase a wash or leave . He walks to my car tell asks me am I going to purchase a wash I say that I cleaning my car out and then go through the wash. I am a member here ( also says members only can use the vacuums on the same sign ) he then say I don’t see your member tag and that he will have to call “Arlington “ I say to him to call them there no Sign that says I have to go through the wash first and then clean out my car . I proceeded to clean out my car and wait for the police. Just for them to not involve themselves and still going through the wash as I stated and then I canceled my membership. Will never do business again at any caliber car wash
