  Staff was super friendly and my truck came out exceptional! I love being a member at superstar car wash, it’s a great deal especially for as much as I wash my truck, I’m able to save a lot of time and money across all locations. They even gave me some complimentary air fresheners. Would highly recommend this car wash and it’s membership package.

  I went in today 5/2/26 i always vacuum first then get a wash (most people do this) i was approached my the store manager billy and before i could even grab the vacuum handle he said are you a member i said no and he began to be rude saying only members can use the vacuum that i needed to move so other people can use the vacuum’s (there was other vacuums available) I explained to him that i come here all the time and i always vacuum first then get a wash and he said i couldn't do that . He was very rude and unprofessional i have never had a issue until today. I asked him if he did not want my business and he ignored me and said i needed to move . I will not be returning to any caliber carwash again this is not the way you treat customers. I worked for caliber carwash at the collins location on i20 3 years ago as assistant manager and this is not what we did to gain customers business it is very unprofessional. We allowed customers to choose to either vacuum their vehicle first or wash it and never approach them aggressively looking for a member sticker on the windshield. Billy is not a good representative for caliber carwash

  Very disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been coming here for a while and have always vacuumed my car before washing it with no issues. Today, an employee told me I wasn’t allowed to vacuum first and had to pay for a wash before using the vacuums. There were no signs posted anywhere explaining this policy, and it’s clearly not something that’s been enforced before. It felt inconsistent and inconvenient, especially when vacuuming first just makes more sense for getting everything done in one trip. If this is a new rule, it should be clearly communicated to customers instead of being enforced randomly. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be coming back.

  Good car wash. Just wish the blow dryer worked better so I didn’t have hand dry every time

  Love this place and Latoya Jackson was so sweet! Her Smile is infectious and she has great customer service skills. We were gonna cancel our membership but just decided to keep it ♥️
