Complimentary towels and window was were great. Some hoses need replacing on the vacuums.

I visited the Collins location around 7:30 PM, and after leaving, I noticed a grinding noise coming from my Yukon Denali. When I later discovered the source, I found that my vehicle's running board had been damaged, resulting in more than $2,100 in repair costs. I returned to the location as soon as I got the mechanic’s report with photos of the damage to report the issue. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had left and then came back, they were not responsible. That response was very disappointing. There was no reasonable way for me to immediately know that the running board had been damaged, especially since all I initially noticed was a grinding sound. What made the situation worse was the poor customer service I received when trying to address the problem. Instead of showing concern or attempting to help, my concerns were quickly dismissed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. The vehicle damage and lack of customer support turned what should have been a routine visit into an expensive and frustrating experience.

If I could give a negative star I would. I've had a monthly account with this car wash for years. In March I added a mobility lift to the back of my vehicle and it can't go through the wash anymore. I went into the location in April and requested my account to be cancelled. I was told it was but since the next month and already been charged that I could still use the wash until the end of May. I explained that I would not be able to use it due to my lift. I went on vacation out of the country for a month and a half. When I got back my bank account had been charged for May and June. I tried calling but no one answered so I went back in and was told that my account was still active and that it would be cancelled immediately. When I asked for my refund back to April I was told to call the Mgr. He never answered his phone. I went back and was told that they would call him then. The attendant came back and told me that the Mgr said for me to dispute it through my bank. They then charged me again in July. I had to cancel my bank card to get them to stop. That was a pain. My bank just informed me that since the original charge was in April that it was to late to dispute. So now I'm out almost $100.00 and I had to notify all my other auto debit accounts to change my info. So be smart and go to a car wash that has good management.

I’ve been here since it was Q wash and it was really good. Then Caliber bought it out, raised the subscription price off of the bat. Then after about a year they are now raising it again. See, I would understand if they were actually making improvements and stuff but they aren’t. The floor mat machines have been broken for over a year. The car wash itself leave a lot of dirty streaks and you have to towel dry after or it leaves bad marks. Not only that but they are always out of towels, spray bottles, and half of the vacuums don’t even work. The free air machine for tires never works. The place has just gone completely down hill. Sad to see

I love coming here to get my car washed, but the prices are too high like you start at 12:99 and then you jump all the way to 1999 like the prices are crazy when I can go somewhere else and get it for a cheaper price, but I don’t want to. I really want. I really wanna come here. I just wish I would work on the prices.
