  I’ve tried sending this company multiple emails and called but no one responds. I canceled my membership in May and I’m currently out of state. Caliber continues to charge my card after canceling my membership in person. Do not sign up for membership because your card will continue to be charged.

  I normally love caliber car wash. I understand the need to save money corporate wise, but it seems like you wash your towels in pure sewage. I was told that you use a cheap detergent that has no odor. If that was the case, why is there such a pungent, disgusting, lingering odor to all your towels? They told me they tried to use bleach to cover the smell but that just leaves smears on the car as you're trying to dry. After wiping down my rubber floor mats and my door jambs, my car is left with the smell of burnt feet and disgusting sewage. Other than that, the staff has gone a little downhill and they don't seem to want to be there. Not everyone. But enough to wear I feel like I don't want to pull in sometimes.

  Staff is always on it at this car wash! Stocked up always. I have the membership but always go to this location

  The washing equipment works well. They use alot of water compared to other places that don't. Car looks washed, excellent customer service from the staff.

  In person associates helpful and friendly. Anything beyond like emailing customer service like they instruct you to do or talking to a manager is NON-EXISTENT. No responses from "customer service" AT ALL. A response like "ma'am we've reviewed your concern and request but can't help you" would have been acceptable.
