While I was waiting in the lobby I heard interactions with another customer who had a lot of questions and their service was thoroughly explained. Each customer interaction I observed while waiting was professional and friendly. I definitely plan to come back, services are reasonably priced and I felt respected.

So I came in without an appointment to see what I could make happen. Two hours later, my car drives like new, and I spent less money than I expected! They have a coupon for everything!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! I felt right at home at this shop. I'll definitely be back for more services, and I'll be steering people their way!

After waiting 15 minutes, I was informed it would be a while since one technician was working and the other was at lunch. 30 minutes after arriving, I was informed it would be best I rescheduled for the next day because they were understaffed. Took time off work to complete this task and it is frustrating that there wasn't any attempted communication earlier.
