  Was leaving my house this morning in my older Nissan Xterra and had the dreaded vehicle battery almost not starting the vehicle noise. Knew immediately I needed to get my battery replaced. Drove around the corner to the AutoZone in the shopping center on the corner of Interstate 20 and SW Green Oaks Blvd. Entered the store and was immediately greeted by a woman, and I hope I don't get this wrong but I believe other employees were calling her Rosie. I explained to her I needed a new battery and she proceeded to show me ones that they had available applicable to my vehicle. I selected one and asked her if installation was possible. Her response was "I got you". It was raining so she had me pull my vehicle up onto the sidewalk where the overhang of the roof of the building kept the hood area of my vehicle out of the rain. She popped the hood and quickly realized the battery I had selected had the terminals on the opposite side of where they needed to be so she went back in the store and came out with the correct battery. Installation was quick and once she installed the battery she had me start my car to make sure everything was working correctly. She then ask me to bring my receipt back into the store so she could correct it so my warranty would reflect the correct battery we used. It was then that I realized I had delayed her from taking her lunch break and I felt bad about it but she did not let it effect the customer service she provided to her customer. Unfortunately you don't see this type of customer service every day but Rosie knocked it out of the park and ensured that I will be returning to this particular AutoZone if I have any other automotive needs. Thanks again to Rosie!!!

  Not sure what happened but customer service here has tanked. Walked in and all the ladies working were so busy talking to each other they couldn’t be bothered by a customer. Once they determined I wasn’t going to just go away they begrudgingly decided to “assist” me by giving me as little attention as possible the entire time doing their best to not talk to me but maintain the conversation that we’re going on before I interrupted. Once it was determined the part I needed was available only at a hub location the conversation just abruptly ended we both stood there awkwardly until I lost the stalemate and walked crossed the street and went to where I should have gone to begin with, O’Reilly auto parts!

  The past few times I have visited this location, it has been consistently outstanding. Even while waiting in line, I always notice the excellent customer service. The staff does a great job balancing phone calls with helping in-store customers. I especially want to recognize Rosio—she is super sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. Sometimes you just have to take the time to point out the positive experiences!

  Rose was so helpful to me. Carried my heavy item to checkout, offered great advice in my purchase, and carried item to my car. You have a great employee in Rose! I will definitely send my repeate business to this location!

  Thank you so much Rose for your assistance and help with my car today! Fantastic experience with Autozone, especially Rose. She is definitely a master at what she does. What I enjoyed most about the experience was her wonderful communication and extreme patience with me. I’ll definitely continue going to this location.
