  I need to brag about how awesome store 5864 is! I bought a headlight bulb last night in South Fort Worth at a different AutoZone, where they refused to help me install the headlight bulb due to their “company policy.” I came to the store 5864 just now and Patty the manager had no problem sending Christian G. outside to help install the head lightbulb. They both had a very positive attitude and were willing to help. Patty didn’t give me any problems with purchasing the bulb anywhere else. She immediately sent Christian G. out to help me. It just took him a few minutes to install the bulb and I was on my way. Thank you so much to these employees at my local AutoZone.

  Soy cliente de está tienda desde hace como 8años atrás siempre me han atendido bien no solo eso siempre obtengo puntos por mis compras y aveces hay artículos que me salen gratis también recomiendan uno que otro mecánico bueno les recomiendo está tienda.

  Victor Gal, poor customer service. I use to work for autozone, I can recite the pledge and values. I work as a mechanic now and let me tell you, that guy does not respect the customer, his pride gets in the way. The way he spoke to the customer was rude, I was just trying to help him since he seemed confused, but instead he turns the screen away from us(they have the screens turned to the customer so the customer can see to feel involved in the process) and shuts down anything we have to say even though i was trying to be helpful, not to mention there was no drop stop 30/30. He was sitting on a ladder while his MOD was helping customers. But its fine. I will still use autozone because I believe autozone truly values the customer even though some of their employees dont. Paul, last night was great, he said he worked over at the one by the stadium, I'll be going over there from now on.

  Excellent customer service! Sergio went above and beyond to help me and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Angela and Richard were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you all for the outstanding service!
