So far so good! Was on the hunt for a particular scooter and they happened to have exactly one in stock with the color I wanted. The process was easier than expected, and they were attentive. Looking forward to receiving my new wheels.

So far, my experience has been satisfactory. All that has been done so far is to place the order and pay, including an additional surcharge for shipping, likely due to my location being far on the east coast of the US. Communications seem a little slow at times, but it all has worked out well so far. I look forward to the shipping and delivery process going well and enjoying my purchase once it arrives.
