  Products may not arrive as shown in or on description. As far as seats go they may show black and show up in brown. Product quaility is good but returns or refunds will be a challenge. Instead of explaining how to return or move forward they will argue and try to make it like its something you should have just known.

  I bought a go kart from Arlington Power Sports a few months ago for my two daughters. The man that helped, a large Hispanic man stated that he would give me a deal on a go kart that had been already assembled and had been sitting on the lot for a while, per him. I was quoted a price of over $3800. Over $700 above the website listed pricing. When asked about the difference, I was told it was due to the assembly fee. When my debit card was unable to process the full amount at once, he split the payment into two $1700 payments and was ask to provide $300 cash, stating that he would provide a discount for the additional cash. Upon arriving at my house, within less than 5 minutes, the rear view mirror fell off. Within 30 minutes, the steering wheel bolts were almost fully backed out, and a number of the bolts were loose. I contacted the large Hispanic man who showed up at my house to return the cash and examine the issues. He stated that he would ship a box of bolts to me (which never came) and was upset about having to return the cash to me. Now, the driver seat is extremely loose, bolts holding what I believe is the break booster, fell off, all of them. I had to buy bolts to replace them. The invoice, for my payment showed the cost at just under $3200, yet I was charged $3400, after the cash was returned. These people are rip off artists.

  So got this bike on may 10th. With in the month of having the bike I needed to replace the tubes on the bike because they were installed incorrectly. After this situation my back break system seized up in my and completely destroyed everything from the breaks pads to the disc to the caliber. I called and left a message and never got a response from anyone. The crazy thing is I only had the bike for less then a month th when this happened. I had to buy a whole new break system that was 162$. I also ordered new tubes and had to pay to get the tubes replaced that cost 80$ Besides how easy it was to purchase the bike and the inventory they had I am very displease with them not wanting to help with a product they sold. So thank you for getting back to be. But I have already spent 242$ to get the bike up and working. As I said I called multiple times and did not get a call back or an answer.

  Ordered and paid for a motorcycle seat on their website. Clearly says free shipping. They call me 3 days later telling me shipping will be $45! They will not honor what their website states. I cancelled order. This is not good business practice.

  I drove from Houston to purchase my scooter. I was very happy with my purchase the young man spent a lot of time explaining to me all the different pros and cons of each scooter I chose the 300 cc trike scooter and I love it the staff were all very polite and treated me with the utmost kindness
