I specifically requested that they ensure all my clips were properly reinstalled, as I’ve noticed that shops often fail to do so promptly. Today, when I went for my oil change, I was informed that ten of my clips were missing. Despite my polite request to have them reinstalled, as if they had been found, the staff seemed indifferent. This is highly unprofessional, considering I had spent money on new clips from the dealership, only to have them neglected. I am deeply disappointed and came to this establishment expecting to speak with a manager. Instead, I was met with a lack of concern. I will be contacting the headquarters to demand the return of my purchased clips. If they refuse to comply, they could have simply declined my service.
