- HBHayden ByrdOct 2, 20265.0I was driving home and my tire began to go flat. I tried to stop at a few of the air pumps at the gas stations and they were all out of service. I luckily made it here to Valvoline where Mateo and his team generously helped me fill my tire. As I was turning out of the parking lot, my tire blew (there was a screw in it). The guys were kind enough to replace the tire with my spare tire on hand. Thanks for the great service, gentlemen. I’ll be back (with fully functional tires next time).
- LBLisa BradburnSep 27, 20261.0Not good! I went for my car inspection and the person helping me never told me that my car did not pass so I assumed it had. Ridiculous. I realized my car failed, because of the gas cap, when I went online to pay for my sticker. I called the manager and he agreed with me that things definitely should have been handled differently with much better communication. I went back to have them redo the inspection. I got there at 4Pm and they told me the inspector leaves at 4 and he would not help me even though the store closed over an hour later. The same manager came and spoke to me and immediately asked me for a good review. What? He then remembered who I was and pushed my car through. I expect good customer service and will not be coming back.
- AAAbichouSep 8, 20261.0I arrived at 7:58 a.m. and was the first car there, hoping to get a vehicle inspection. An employee told me they would not be able to perform the inspection until 11:00 a.m. When I asked why, he said there were only three employees working and they couldn’t get it done. Three employees were present, there were no cars ahead of me, and yet they couldn’t complete a routine inspection. That gave me the clear impression that they simply did not want my business. I will not be returning to this location.
