  The techs move slow and are generally smug about doing their job. There are no cars in the bays and me and another car have been sitting her for 10 mins waiting. They’ve had two cars leave since I’ve been here. Seems the young techs don’t care much. It’s unfortunate because this is near my house. I won’t be back.

  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the complete lack of customer service I received at this Valvoline location. I called ahead to confirm that I could get an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment and was specifically told that both services were available. Based on that information, I arrived at 7:30 a.m., right when the location opened. I sat in my vehicle in front of the camera for 10 minutes before I finally called to see if someone could help me. I was then told that this particular location could not perform tire rotations on vehicles over a certain weight. The technician suggested I go to another Valvoline location. I asked him to call the other location to make sure they could do it because I did not want to waste another trip and I needed to get to work. He returned and told me that he had called the other location and confirmed they could perform the tire rotation. I drove to that location, only to be told that no one had called and that they couldn't perform the tire rotation for another 3 hours because they were waiting for another technician to arrive. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable. The lack of communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I understand that not every location can perform every service, but I expect employees to provide accurate information and make a reasonable effort to help customers—especially when they specifically say they have called another location to confirm. My entire family has used this Valvoline location, but after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose our business over something that could have been handled with a little communication and genuine customer care.

  Went there to accomplish both an oil change and a state inspection. Said their inspection guy was not in today (I now know to call first as I will have to make separate trip to get it completed)✔️. Did a good job on oil change!

  I have been to multiple Vavoline’s in the area, but I this location is by far the best. They are incredibly efficient, helpful, and charismatic. Mateo, the manager, has always been very friendly and professional. I can ask them anything and they will find a way to give a helpful answer or solution. Highly recommend this location!
