  Gina provided excellent customer service, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our rental experience. She promptly addressed all our concerns and had us on our rental car in less than an hour, ensuring a smooth transition after a long and scary night.

  Extremely bad customer service from the "manager" Ross. I don't even believe he was a manager with the way he acted and lied about their renting requirements

  “Manager” Ross (didn’t give last name) is discriminating against me because I use disability and said I couldn’t use it as proof of income cause it doesn’t show an employer. But when I called the Customers With Disabilities Line, they said they should let me use it along with my car insurance bill. He then proceeded to refuse to let my boyfriend rent the car because he didn’t “feel” conformable lending the car because in his EXACT words it’s “a privilege and not a ‘right”. While smiling I will add. He was being condescending, which I found to be very ill-mannered since my boyfriend wasn’t rude when speaking. Even though he has rented there before and was going to be driving if he was going to be the one renting. Beforehand, he didn’t explain to my mom in advance that if we were using a debit card we needed TWO proofs of bills showing address that matches license. Even if my mom misunderstood he mentioned Credit card and not Debit card, he as the “Manager” should have explained correctly and all the way. And I say manager very very loosely because the lady there was more professional than him. (Sorry to her and the other man if we came off rude) But I will definitely be contacting Corporate due to his incompetence. He came off very rude and arrogant when my boyfriend who was a recent customer/car renter was trying to do it on his lunch break. Ross said and assumed he wasn’t going to be driving because me and my mom tried renting, but ALL THREE of us were going out of towns and ALL THREE of us have license. If I would of knew about them needing credit card or debit WITH two bills I would of definitely made sure to have either one ready, but since he failed to communicate properly we are now running late to leave 6 hours from here. He knows he was wrong from the start and didn’t like that I called him out on it. My mom mentioned me having a bank account, so he should of told her if using a bank with debit we needed two bills. .Also, if you misunderstand he likes to giggle turned around. Very unprofessional. Again I will definitely be talking to someone else.

  The bald guy Ross didn't want to rent to my girlfriend because she's on disability and he didn't want to rent to me a multi time customer because he didn't feel comfortable because he thought that i wouldn't be driving and said it's a privilege not a right to rent a car. well the money I've spent there was a privilege for them as well. don't rent here goto any other enterprise or rental
