Our vehicle had been in an accident and Ross went above and beyond to accommodate my husband on rental vehicle type. He did a wonderful job taking care of everything. We ended up in the rental for 4 weeks while our vehicle was being repaired. We are grateful to Ross for working with us to accommodate our needs. We recommend you ask for Ross at this location. He will ensure you have what you need!

- MEMark EnglandApr 21, 20261.0Reserved a 7 passenger minivan from a 3rd party site. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle, I was informed they dont have the van or keep "specialty" vehicles even though there were two on the lot. I was told they tried to call me with this information. I never received a call. The desk attendant showed me the number they called. A number I have never had, nor is it on my account anywhere. I was offered a basic car...no thanks. That would serve no purpose. Since I did reserve through a 3rd party I gave them them the benefit of the doubt. BUT....then I went to their own website and there the van is available to reserve. Lucky for us, I was able to make some adjustments to our plans. Very poor customer service all the way around. If you have the time, go with someone else and pick up in Corpus Christi.
