  I had an outstanding experience at Camping World thanks to one of the women on the staff. Her name was Denisse. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and dedicated to helping customers. Because of her, I'll definitely be returning to Camping World and recommending it to others. Thank you for going above and beyond Denisse! God Bless you guys

  I give one star because zero stars is not an option. Camping World experience was and continues to be horrible. Let me be fair though, our sales person Brenda Cruz was amazing. Zero issues with her. She gets 5 stars. Justin, service manager has tried his best to keep me in the loop. Purchased brand new 2026 Class C Jayco Redhawk 4/20/26. One week in on our first trip, check engine light clicks on, steering wheel is all over the place, not to mention being unable to run gas because fire alarm would go off, couldn’t dead bolt door because dealer drilled it out, and about 13 other problems that you would not expect with a brand new purchase. Oh and the cab door seeming like it was going to fly off at any moment…5/6/26 dropped off at dealer for repairs. I figured no biggie, we have warranty plus it’s brand new. After many weeks of getting “approvals” needing “pics, and pics, and more pics” oh and Jayco telling me alignment isn’t under warranty but they will do it because it’s “fairly new”even though I said right out the gate something was off but I was assured it was normal. Silly me thinking alignment on a brand new vehicle was included. Here my family sits going on two months with no RV. Holidays coming and going, vacations needing to be cancelled because “sorry we don’t have an ETA”. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I Emailed General Manger, main Service Manager and Jayco. Crickets……. I know they got it because 5 minutes after I sent email I got a call with an “update”. Then I got two updates after that about how Jayco was requesting more pics. Then dead silence again. They truly don’t care after the thing gets financed because trust me, I was getting phone calls when it was time to sign. I am so disappointed because this very expensive RV is brand new, and the amount of defects on it is saddening. A loaner would have been nice, replacement even nicer lol. At least I wouldn’t feel like I’m just flushing money every month paying for something I don’t have. Think twice before buying here, or maybe speak to a lawyer first. Maybe that’s what I need to do. Thank you and hope this helps at least one person.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Camping World. From the beginning, communication and customer service were extremely poor. Whenever we asked for updates or assistance, we were repeatedly passed from one employee to another, and no one seemed to have clear information about the status of our trailer. We were told on multiple occasions that the trailer was ready for pickup and that the requested repairs had been completed. Each time, we drove nearly an hour to the dealership only to find that the work had not been completed as promised. This happened several days in a row. My family and I spent three separate days at your location, more than four hours each day, waiting for answers and expecting to take our trailer home. Having young children with us made the situation even more difficult, as they were tired, hungry, and forced to wait because of the repeated miscommunication. What is most disappointing is that there were only a few items that needed to be repaired. Instead of receiving honest updates, we were repeatedly told the work was finished when it was not. It was not until I finally stated that I no longer wanted the trailer that any real action appeared to be taken. As a customer, I expected honesty, accountability, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those values. I am requesting that Camping World review this situation and address the lack of communication and customer service that my family experienced. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response

  Have to say that the people here at this place really do treat you like family. Right off the bat Ken Lane offered us bottled waters and made us feel right at home. This now being the second RV we buy from Ken I can honestly say there will be a third, fourth, and so on and thats because of their hospitality, their finance team whom exhausted every possibility to get you where you need to be, and last but not least because of the service team who makes sure you understand every detail of your vehicle. Thank you guys again for setting a standard that I will not even try to find elsewhere

  First off. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Got to work with Michael, super easy going, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to about every camper, trailer, RV you could think of. Did not feel rushed, did not feel pressured into anything. Purchased my first trailer from Michael H. I can’t say if it were anyone else I would have purchased anything. If anyone is thinking about checking out anything here, ask for Michael. He will work with you and help with whatever you need or any questions you have. His knowledge, his genuine confidence in his knowledge and his energy made this whole experience and decision much easier and feeling assured in my choice.
