⭐ AVOID THIS LOCATION — unless you enjoy reservations that don’t actually reserve anything.
I had a rental reservation for 09/14/26, checked in ahead of time, and arrived for my scheduled 4:30 PM pickup. This Enterprise location operates inside Caliber Collision in Anna, but they are two separate businesses.
When I arrived, the Enterprise representative, Michael, was nowhere to be found. I had to learn from Caliber employees that he was running late and that a vehicle would not be available until 5:20 PM at the earliest. No phone call. No text. No communication whatsoever from Enterprise.
After I called Michael myself, I learned this is a new Enterprise location and they apparently do not have a fleet of vehicles available yet. He was trying to obtain cars from other locations.
I’m sorry, but how do you open a rental-car location, accept reservations, allow customers to check in, give them confirmed pickup times…and then not have rental cars? That’s literally the one product required for the business.
But wait—it gets better.
Fast-forward to today: I’m trying to rent from another Enterprise location, and I can’t even check in because yesterday’s nonexistent rental was never fully cancelled.
So now a vehicle I never received from a location that didn’t have a vehicle to give me is preventing me from renting an actual vehicle somewhere else. You cannot make this stuff up.
Starting a new business location without adequate inventory is one problem. Failing to proactively communicate that to customers is another. Leaving the reservation unresolved and creating problems for the customer the following day is simply unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and rent elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION unless you’re willing to gamble on whether your “reservation” actually comes with a car. Rent at your own risk.
