  I stopped by for an alignment, oil change, and state inspection and I absolutely love this place. I’m usually a stickler for going to the dealership, but I highly recommend coming here if you’re not looking to pay dealership prices. Great customer service, great mechanical support, and an all around awesome experience. Definitely stop by!

  I was very pleased with the service I received today at brakes plus. Tyler made things easy to understand. I would definitely recommend coming here to get your brakes replaced. The prices are very reasonable compared to everywhere else that I checked.

  This is my second visit for an oil change I wish I could have gave them 5 stars then!!! Today I left better than when I went in . I chose this please because of the great reviews. They are nothing short of them . The customer service , empathy & care is welcoming . Jeff was also amazing along with everyone else . I’m grateful & appreciative ! Thankyou guys . I’m glad to be just a girl walking in yalls door .

  Had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Anna. Shane Taylor was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the service was handled quickly and properly. I really appreciated the honest communication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Shane and the Brakes Plus team in Anna!

  I had an appointment for an oil change at 10am on 7/28/26. It took 30min for them to even take my car back. Then took an hour for them to do the oil and tire rotation (part of their plus package.) The whole time I listened to them tell people they were short staffed or couldn't figure out what was wrong with their car because the 1 guy who does that is on vacation. Meanwhile I watched as 3 people stood in the back doing nothing. 1 was probably a lead or something he was on the computer and actually did touch a car. The other 2 stood there one vaping and neither touched a car. If one guy being on vacation means they're short staffed surely one of the guys holding the back counter up could have jumped in and helped. I then get told its time for new spark plugs and new struts and shocks to the tune of $1600+ (400 to replace the spark plugs alone). I declined and then got to hear them try to sell a woman who brought in her car because she only had a/c on one side of the car that she must have a freon leak and they needed to recharge it. She told them she had already had that done and was told it was the diverter (I'm not a car person admitted but it sounded logical) they refused to just check that insisting she pay for and have a services he didn't need before they'd look further. She smartly told them to bring her car back to her and she'd go elsewhere. It ended up taking an hour and a half for them to do a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. TLDR they're slow and scammy. I won't be returning there's literally 4 other mechanics within 2 miles of this place.
