  Whatever you do, do NOT go to Brakes Plus on White Street. We just got our car repaired at another shop that we trust, and they said the front brake pads/rotors need to be replaced. We took it to Brakes Plus for a front brake inspection thinking they might be cheaper. Might as well get an oil change at the same time. They called me, saying the brakes are actually fine, but from the oil change we need new air filter and new control arms because the bushings were done for. I was suspicious so I said no thank you. I called the previous shop back and was told they specifically checked the control arms and bushings, thinking at this age they might need to be replaced but no, they were fine! And I checked the air filter when I got home and it was absolutely pristine. I checked the oil too, and at least that had been changed. Don't go there, they are trying to scam you into paying for unnecessary work!

  Outstanding Service – Honest, Trustworthy, and Saved Me Money! I can’t recommend Brake Plus enough! I came in because my coolant kept mysteriously leaking, and I was so worried it was going to be an expensive repair. Thankfully, Alex took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and found the real problem—it was simply a loose hose clamp! What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. Another shop could have easily told me I needed hundreds or even thousands of dollars in repairs, but Alex was upfront, transparent, and fixed the actual issue instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That kind of character is hard to find these days. The entire team at Brake Plus was friendly, professional, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. They truly are rockstars! If you’re looking for an auto shop you can actually trust, this is the place. Ask for Alex—he earned a customer for life! Thank you all for your honesty, exceptional service, and peace of mind!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and did an excellent job with the repairs. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and will definitely be returning for future service!

  Mike is the best ! Breaks plus always saves me . So my dealership was telling me a light on my car didn’t mean much and they had my car twice for many days . I called break plus and Mike instantly said those lights aren’t normal ..come in . He found the problem right away I had my car 3 hours later and affordable price . I now feel safe to drive and I will be doing all my maintence here . Super knowledable - Bianca the one with the jeep
