This place is amazing and really went above and beyond! I'm blown away by how kind and amazing service my friend and I received today! My friend had an incident with her car as we were out running around and her car started making a terrible noise, so we stopped at warrior tires and recommend to brakes plus.Thank goodness because they were definitely worth going to! Have to give a special shout out to Nick and Devin who got it fixed right away and saved the day!! All the employees were so nice and professional! Best service and team I have seen in a long time!!! It's hard to get good service these days, but I am just so thankful for all you did!!! Would definitely recommend 😁

They were recommended to me by Warrior Tire down the road. I had a problem that was not on their menu of offered services, yet they went above and beyond and corrected my problem so that my car was drivable. THANK YOU especially Nick and Devin.

Car was pulling to the left, so I called them thinking it was an alignment issue. Turns out my left front wheel was shredded on the inside, with metal rods showing. This was obviously the cause of it pulling. Instead of letting me know about this before doing an alignment, they just proceeded to do the alignment work, and happily charge me $109. Only AFTER the alignment was done did they say "hey you might want to get a new tire". Why would you not make me aware of this the minute you got it up on the lift? Never trusting my car care to this place again.

Im a new resident to the state of Texas and had my vehicle serviced twice at this location. Both times the customer service and pricing was impeccable. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful ,which makes me feel safe with bringing my vehicle for service whenever needed.

I went to this location to have an alignment performed. Mike checked my vehicle on the alignment machine and told me I didn't need one, and didn't charge me. It is not common to find a technician that would have the integrity to tell a customer that they don't need to do something and then not charge them, when they could easily make a few minor adjustments and justify the service. I will keep Mike and this location in mind for any future needs because of this experience, and will recommend this location to others. Great job working with integrity!
