  Robbie at Anna, Texas, Auto Zone Without hesitation has helped me replace, and maintain (x2) a pesky battery where the post corrodes easily. I got his name this week and thanked him. I am 73 an unable to perform physical work and on a fixed income. I thanked him. “That’s what we are here for.” Your company and your employee exhibit the American Values that I have grown up with. Kindness, Honesty, Helpfulness and Caringness. Thank you Robbie! Thank you Auto Zone! This is not a high use vehicle, bought new may 2017, and 44,000 miles!

  I truly appreciate how helpful and kind the staff at this AutoZone are, especially Jason. He took the time to guide me through replacing both my cabin and engine air filters and even provided the tools I needed to get the job done. Anytime I had questions about my vehicle or general maintenance, he and the rest of the team were knowledgeable, patient, and happy to help. Thank you, Jason, and the entire AutoZone team, for the outstanding customer service. I really appreciate it :)

  This is my second visit to this location. During my first visit, I went in to get a cabin filter for my Land Rover. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock. A representative helped me out and said they could order it today and I could pick it up tomorrow. I did as instructed and went back today. When I returned, I was told that there was no such order as the representative had mentioned. Instead of creating the order, the representative had put a hold on the product they didn’t have in stock from the beginning. I can reasonably believe that this was an honest mistake and an opportunity for the representative to learn. The guy who was helping me now asked me if I remembered how he looked. I said I wasn’t sure. He asked me again and said, “Well, you brought the order receipt, you should know.” Then the manager stepped in and apologized. I saw the same representative with a smile. This is what got me. I asked him what was funny. He didn’t answer. His attitude was very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience
