How do you rate them as awful and actually give zero stars….. Do not use Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!! They have no problems giving you a confirmed reservation for a vehicle, but when you get there they tell you that nothing is available and leave you stranded without a ride. Awful Awful company!!! Zero stars

I do not like that you have AI in everything.. Where did your friendly customer service go?

Yup good experience... great people at check out and check in, also made sure I understood all the things associated with renting a vehicle because I haven't done it much in life.

I recently had to rent from Enterprise twice first because of a fender bender, and then again when my car had to go back to the collision center to correct an issue. Fortunately, Cameron assisted me both times, She got me in and out quickly, made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Her positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Cameron, for making both experiences such a pleasant one!
