  Car was fine but no windshield washer fluid, told me to fill it myself. One person working while others where sitting at there desks playing on their phones. CANNOT get anyone on the phone.

  My family came home to Texas from North Carolina to bury my mother. Since we had to return on different days and had to bring back some property it was necessary to rent a truck for what turned out to be 2 separate times and lengths of time. I have used Enterprise on all my trips to TX prior to this. I give the Angleton, TX office great kudos for going above and beyond to accommodate us and restore my 5 star rating of Enterprise after an experience with another office the day before left me ready to go somewhere else. Then for the trip from TX back to NC the Hobby Airport Office did the same. I can't thank them enough for their consideration in getting me into the truck I wanted. My only problem was after I left and stopped down the road to get a drink, I found some bumper damage we did not see on the walk around. I should have returned and had it noted on the contract. Plus one of their tablets was left in the truck. When it happened that I had to extend my rental by several days Enterprise makes it a very easy and simple process. When I arrived at Raleigh Durham Airport in NC as I was afraid of I had to explain the bumper damage was not caused by me. All I had was stuff in the back of the truck. I didn't back into anyone. The manager I presume went and inspected the truck. I told him we didn't see it on the walk around and what i pointed out the guy at Hobby said looking for major stuff to be on the list. Plus he brought in the tablet. He cleared me for my release . I definitely recommend Enterprise Rent A Car to anyone needing a rental. This was a very hard trip for me but these three offices made it concrete that I will use them again when I return to Texas. Thanks for your kindness and consideration shown to my family.
