  Finally replaced our windshield on the company pickup. Windshield was ordered when we made the appointment. Service was fast and price was fair. We have not washed the truck so hopefully no leaks. The registration sticker was saved thankfully.

  Originally had tech come to my house to complete repairs. They completed them but left trim pieces improperly installed. Glue was left dripping from the glass into the interior. Dash was left completely disgusting. We opted to drive to the nearest safelite 39 miles away to get them to fix these issues. Manager was in disbelief that the job was done “so sloppy” her words. She spoke to the tech who originally did the job that she said didn’t work for her team. Discussed the issues at hand and that they were going to get it fixed. The manager said - The trim pieces were barely installed like he didn’t even try. The drips could be seen from the outside and it could be seen where the original technician tried to smooth it out with his finger. She apologized profusely, and while I’m thankful they fixed these issues. (as they should have) We were still out the extra time and fuel it took to get it right when it should’ve been done correctly the first time. Safelite was not the cheapest glass repair place I researched but I was ok with paying more for the convenience of having it done at my house so my wife wouldn’t have to drag out the kids and waiting for 2 hours in a shop and the expectation that there would be more professionalism and pride in their work. At the end of the day I reached out to try to get a partial refund on services rendered due to the entire inconvenience and was told they fixed these issues and they don’t compensate for time, fuel, or inconvenience. Had I known we were going to end up having to take it to a shop I would’ve opted for my local glass shop that ensures customers satisfaction.

  Once the technicians arrived, they were very kind and courteous, and were proficient in getting my windshield replaced quickly! Overall great experience! Thank you!

  Next day repair. Technicians right on time. Very polite and personable. Quick repair and we were good to go!!
