  I have always been kind of hesitant with these quick lube places but this place is great!! Derek is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to giving you step by step details on whichever service you chose. Thank you Derek and Robert for the great service I will definitely be back.

  The service manager as well as his associates are professionals at their jobs. It took only 15min to complete my oil change.

  Very professional, let me know they could do a transmission service on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Has a sealed system.. Boom.......15 minutes later it was done. Got an oil change, and back on the road to Yellowstone. Great team of professional.

  I just want to say that I believed that Robert is the best employee that the Valvoline store has working for them. He is the most professional person I’ve ever met when it comes to getting busy and getting work done and informing the customer of what exactly is wrong with what isn’t wrong I trust that man with everything I got you know there’s not very many Shadetree mechanics anymore out there, but I’ll tell you what Robert far from that if everybody disagrees with Robert well maybe they need to pay attention to what he saying cause there’s always a reason. He’s a heck of a guy cause he’s a great manager material. I’ve never had no problems with Robert. No continue to do business sir every chance I get and tell everybody that I know to go there
