  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from the team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Western Avenue in Amarillo! I stopped in for an oil change and a light repair, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me back on the road in no time. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into extra services, and made sure my light was repaired correctly before I left. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty, efficiency, and great customer service. If you’re looking for fast, reliable vehicle maintenance in Amarillo, I highly recommend this location.   Robert at Valvoline was outstanding! He took great care of my truck and made sure I got everything I needed without breaking the bank. I went in for an oil change and a fuel filter replacement, and he took the time to explain my options and helped me save money without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find honest people who genuinely look out for their customers, and Robert definitely does. Fast, professional service with a great attitude—I highly recommend asking for Robert if you stop by!

  ​"The technicians had fantastic attitudes and worked seamlessly as a unit. The lead technician was incredibly communicative and honest, letting me know he hadn't changed a cabin air filter on a 2018 GMC Sierra before. I really appreciated his honesty. It was awesome to see a senior technician step in to guide him through it, turning it into a great teaching moment. ​To top it off, when my TPMS sensors went out on the way home, I drove back and that same senior technician went above and beyond. He explained the system to me and honestly recommended Discount Tire since they don't service them here, which led to another great experience. Exceptional teamwork and integrity—I will absolutely be back for future service!"
