Renew Collision Center is a locally owned, full-service collision repair shop serving Amarillo and the surrounding West Texas area. We repair everything from fender benders and hail damage to structural and frame work. - SQSamuel QuintanaSep 28, 20262.0Dealing with renew was not what I expected , after receiving vehicle back from repair aftermarket parts were not applied in the finishing manner , top of car was full of dust from the body shop , broken pieces of the old sill plate that was replaced , ( long broken pieces were thrown loosely in the trunk , & (A SMALL SCRACH ON THE TRUNK !!) I think it should be the responsibilty of the repair shop to care properly for the vehicle & should not ever put broken parts from a collision back into the trunk vehicle , I have pictures to prove it I regret not opening trunk lid or checking the entire vehicle for I looked over the repairs only not believing that a complete inspection was needed for they (RENEW) had custody of vehicle for weeks ,Went to get the doors repaired on a 2026 Honda 1 month old and with 2500 miles and came back with the trunk lid scratched , and awaiting aftermarket parts to complete the finish 'solved the doors and came home with the trunk lid being scrached up while in shop getting doors repaired . my experience was unprofessional and I definitely do not recommended .

They were recommended by multiple people including my job and I see why my car needed a new hood bumper and light and they did it all in 2 weeks!!!! Thanks guys 💯😊
