Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. - THTony harrisOct 4, 20261.0I pay for the Lucky Duck membership for two cars, but I certainly don’t feel like a lucky duck at the Quick Quack on Soncy. If you’re lucky, you get tire shine on one tire instead of all four. My cars regularly come out covered in water spots, and sometimes the provided towels leave smears instead of helping. It makes me question how thoroughly those towels are being cleaned. Getting the car looking good afterward takes more work than it should. This location is only three minutes from my house and is where I signed up, but I now drive to the Bell location to get the results I’m paying for. There, all four tires get shine, the ceramic treatment and undercarriage wash appear to work properly, and I can drive home without even towel-drying the car and have no water spots. Why is there such a difference between two locations under the same company and membership? At Soncy, I’m left questioning whether I’m getting the full package at all. This isn’t a complaint about the employees. Ownership and management need to address the wash quality, water spotting, tire-shine equipment, and towel cleanliness. Customers paying for a premium membership should get consistent results. Soncy needs to do better.

No one ever did. Customer service does nothing to help customers. Photos were made and everything was documented. The manager Russell never did anything about the situation. Not even returning phone calls. There are a lot of options for car wash’s around town. I will find another.

Unfortunately, my financial institution didn't give a darn about my recent surgery or the ensuing medical debt, and they repossessed my car. Now, I get to enjoy paying $20 one-way rideshares to my life-saving appointments instead. Hopefully, I'll be able to score a reliable lemon someday soon so I can reactivate my membership!

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
