  Absolutely outstanding experience with Miller Radiator in Amarillo, Texas. I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Floyd and the way they took care of me after a tire came out of nowhere on the highway, flew out from the vehicle in front of me, and damaged the radiator on my Mercedes-Benz. It was an incredibly stressful situation while traveling, and these guys immediately stepped in and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Even knowing they were closed all weekend, they still squeezed me in and worked throughout the entire day to make sure I was safely back on the road Friday evening. They kept me updated, treated my car with care, and genuinely went above and beyond. On top of repairing the issue perfectly, they also checked my tire pressures and made sure everything else was good to go before I left. The level of customer service, urgency, honesty, and professionalism here is rare. My car drove home perfectly and I left feeling genuinely taken care of. Could not recommend a better place. Michael and Floyd are absolutely amazing and Miller Radiator earned every bit of this five-star review.

  Called to ask a couple of questions about a Crack in my radiator the man on the phone wouldn't even give me a chance to speak before telling me no they wouldn't fix it n I needed to bring it in. Rude! Then when I had to interrupt him to get a ballpark figure he told me 180... to start at! I can get a brand new one for 170ish.... I dont know if its cause im a female or what but at least give ur ALMOST customers a chance to speak....I had someone come n look at it we found the Crack and I couldn't even get enough word in to let him know that part. Very very rude! So off to get it fixed by somebody else cause no sir!!!! Customer service is a must. Im a single mother that works a minimum of 45 hours a week n its in customer service.
