  I had an amazing experience here today. I walked in right at 9 AM when they opened and Brandon took care of me immediately. He went out to check my tires first, and my car was pulled into the shop with zero delay. While he was recording my name and phone number for the order, he gave me some great examples of what I could do during the wait, like grabbing the remote to watch TV in the lounge or walking over to the Home Depot next door. The waiting area is really nice, spacious, and super quiet with good AC. I also noticed the lobby doesn't have that strong rubber tire smell at all, and even the shop area on the right was incredibly clean. When it was time to pay, I was really impressed with the pricing. The tire quality here is amazing, and their prices are very honest and reasonable. It is a much better deal than going to a private independent shop. Plus, the warranty they provide is excellent because it can be used at any of their locations, which gives great peace of mind. Brandon was so patient walking us through how the warranty works, and he even taught us how they measure tire tread depth and what the numbers mean. We actually learned a lot and it was super helpful. Brandon was incredibly friendly the entire time. Definitely come here if you need your tires done!

  Went in not knowing if we had a flat or not, they checked the whole car out and saw we had a broken rim. Helped us to locate a new rim and then install it, PJ was super professional and helpful, going above and beyond in our service.

  Brendan and Shane went above and beyond. Today I brought my car in for what I thought was just a nail, and it turned out to be my side wall. There was about a 4 inch tear in the wall and I had only planned for a quick tire patch. I was going to be late for work, but Brendan went to work on making sure I could get my tire taken care of today. I've been bringing my car here for over a year now and have always been treated well. Normally when I have to bring my car in for any sort of work at any other place I feel dismissed or made to feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. The guys at this store treat women well and not like they have no idea what they are talking about. If you're looking for a shop that has respectable men working there, look no further! Really, I can not recommend this place enough. They have great prices and have great values. 10 out of 10
