After our tires and rims were completely destroyed during our trip, they went above and beyond to help us get safely back on the road. Terry worked directly with us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived. Mathew and Tyler also provided outstanding customer service, showing professionalism, urgency, and genuine kindness throughout the entire process. The team explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and treated us with honesty and care during a situation that could have completely ruined our trip. You can tell this crew truly cares about their customers and takes pride in helping people when they need it most. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Terry, Mathew, Tyler, and the rest of the team did for us. Highly recommend the Mavis Tires location on Teckla St to anyone needing tires or repairs in Amarillo. Outstanding service all around.
