- BWBeck WinchesterAug 27, 20261.0Absolutely disgusting truck stop. It doesn’t matter what time of day you come in—the restrooms are filthy and smell horrible. The shower operation is even worse. More than 20 drivers were waiting while four showers sat empty, and somehow it took three hours to clean just one. Drivers spend money here and depend on these facilities after long days on the road. Keeping bathrooms clean and showers moving is the bare minimum, yet management can’t even handle that. This place is poorly run, understaffed, and clearly doesn’t respect drivers or their time. Take your fuel, money, and business somewhere else.

- CCCarolannAug 6, 20265.0Definitely a busy location but want to give five stars because ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ LAUREN at 3:30 in the morning was making fresh hot coffee in all the coffee pots!!! 😊 This rarely happens anywhere! amazing very kind just super sweet! She just made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! Told her wish we could have someone like her around the entire country while driving at different locations because she is awesome! I will say that yesterday my husband and I both took showers here. It was clean for us and everybody was really nice yesterday as well. Really hope management sees that LAUREN is a true gem here and there needs to be more people like car that are hired because she’s great and makes you feel very welcome at Flying J! ⭐️
