- KGKevin GrinsteadJul 29, 20261.0Rudest worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Enterprise delivers its in your commercial. The employees were happy let let me piggy back my 8 yr old thru the 100 degree temps to your competitors establishment. Pathetic. Shame on you Amarillo texas
- TNToni NessJun 17, 20265.0Enterprise was kind, helpful, professional and accommodating. They are the best rental company. Highly recommend them
- TPTony PApr 28, 20264.0Good staff, Friendly and ammendable people. Felt equipment was lacking to what you ask for. 2 of 4 tie downs blocked by plastic. 2-2500 Chevys had all 12 exposed. Bed tie downs were blocked on rented Ford, but open on Chevys.
- JHJoe HunterAug 22, 20255.0Our company rented a heavy duty truck for product delivery & inventory transfers. When we returned the vehicle, the staff & management were very curtious & professional. They made sure that the rental met our needs & expectations. We will be using Enterprise again in the near future.
- MMMELCHER_MENACEAug 16, 20231.0I tried to rent a vehicle and they made it incredibly difficult. I finally got one and they gave me a Mitsubishi and 1 hour down the road the dash lit up and there was extremely low coolant in it. I dealt with their horrible call centers, put coolant in it, and the car had other problems that made it inoperable. Took me 5 hours bouncing between indian enterprise call center departments to get a tow truck.
