  Ana at Enterprise was very helpful. The car that I reserved was not available . But Ana gave me some other car options that made it a Great experience. When I returned the car , Ana was polite & professional again. Thank you , Kg

  The staff members that got me checked in, extended my rental and took care of me at drop off were friendly, efficient and pleasant. My experience was very positive and I will definitely rent from you again. Thanks.

  They said the car smells like smoke and we didn’t smoke in car this is just a scam to charge extra money would stay away from this location

  I asked if I could get a different rental option because it was the smallest car in the world and the lady told me I couldnt and that I would have to make it work or leave and so ive been stuck in a car that hardly fits my kids behind me 0 customer care and just wanted to get people out of line

  I would put zero stars if I could. Oh what an experience Enterprise has shown me. I recently purchased a brand new vehicle not to sound out there but expensive. I have had this vehicle for a month. I received a emergency call saying my mother was sick and that I needed to come to California from Texas. So three of us packed up in my new car and headed to California switching out drivers as we go. Well my new vehicle broke down in Amarillo, Texas not much out there were we broke down at. The closest dealership for my Car was three hours away. They came and picked it up. I had to get a rental. I went into the Enterprise office because I use them for work and personal with my job and so forth. They had a vehicle there that would fit us but it had a check engine light on. I was told it only needed an Oil change I informed them that we would be traveling to California and I was told again that it would be fine. Well on the trip the transmission was slipping bad we made it but I immediatly went into the Enterprise dealer in California. They apoogized and it was a holiday so I was stuck with what they had. They put me in another vehicle with the check engine light on. I drove the vehicle for 20 miles and returned it. Because it stated on the dash Engine malfunction see dealership.They had no other cars so I had to go 30 miles away and they put me in a different vehicle. 15 minutes into it the check engine light comes on. I return to the location and they say this is the 4th of July all the vehicles are out. they told me to come back after the 4th and they should have something else. I did this. This vehicle got us around started the journey home and wouldn't you know the check engine light comes on so this is 4 vehicles in 5 days. I turn the vehicle in and I say I want my full amount I paid not the deposit. I was told by numerous customer service people they would get back to me finally one stated I needed to contact the original location which I did. They refunded me my deposit I wasted time energy lodging gas and I want to be refunded my full amount and then I was told. I am only looking for money not about what happened. I will tell you this I will never use them again or my company will never use them again. this is not about the money its about don't put people in Danger with vehicles that have check engine lights on. So I am never the one who wants to post anything negative about a company but if you have a choice use another rental car company.
