They collaborated with our original Canadian location to deal with the paperwork and before you know it, we were on our way. I couldn't have been happier with the entire staff at this location.
- AGAlexander GoldMay 9, 20261.0Luke is up there with the worst customer service people I’ve ever seen. We had a damaged car and when we came to this location he was combative and argued he couldn’t help us. We were on the phone with 4 different customer service reps and they all told us he was lying. When we came back in with the rep on the phone he literally ended the call before the other person could say a word and went outside to “take a call”. When we asked for a solution he told us to drive the car to the airport after telling him multiple times the car wasn’t safe to drive. After 3 hours at the location we decided to leave because he was completely useless and the car proceeded to die immediately on the on ramp of the highway leaving us in an even more dangerous situation. Genuinely speaking he’s awful and doesn’t care about the customers well being at all and is a massive stain on the enterprise name for anyone who needs help from him
