    Luke is up there with the worst customer service people I’ve ever seen. We had a damaged car and when we came to this location he was combative and argued he couldn’t help us. We were on the phone with 4 different customer service reps and they all told us he was lying. When we came back in with the rep on the phone he literally ended the call before the other person could say a word and went outside to “take a call”. When we asked for a solution he told us to drive the car to the airport after telling him multiple times the car wasn’t safe to drive. After 3 hours at the location we decided to leave because he was completely useless and the car proceeded to die immediately on the on ramp of the highway leaving us in an even more dangerous situation. Genuinely speaking he’s awful and doesn’t care about the customers well being at all and is a massive stain on the enterprise name for anyone who needs help from him

    This location is the best in Amarillo. The staff, for the most part, are willing to listen to customers and get issues resolved. They also have more vehicles.

    Nice, friendly staff. I rented a pickup. It was a new model, clean inside and out. It had more features than I’m used to. The staff took the time to show me the features and how to work them. I’ll use Enterprise again.
