  La peor experiencia de renta que he tenido. Hice la reservation con 15 dias anticipado vine 3 dias antes de la reservation para confirmar y me dice que no hay ningún problema. Al momento de venir a retirar el vehículo para salir de viaje dice que no tienen disponibilidad que puedo esperar a otro día que tenga disponibilidad.

  Customer service guy was absolutely so rude & just short with me while talking like he was annoyed. Didn’t accept what Expedia’s website said even after I booked with them and said I’m sold out on all car right now like what ? Would not recommend.

  Tanner and Mason made this experience easy and awesome. They showed excellent patience and customer retention during trying times in dealing with insurance and online booking errors. Highly recommend working with these 2 guys.

  My car broke down on hwy 140 while on a road trip and I was able to get the car towed. Called enterprise and they confirmed a rental van. We show up with children and “ we have no car.” This was unprofessional and honestly unethical. As a matter of fact, no near by locations had any car available.
