  I had an excellent experience with enterprise company. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The rental process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was handled. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my trip much more enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt valued as a customer. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this car rental company to family and friends. I would also be happy to rent from them again in the future. Thank you for providing such great service!

  Rented a new Chevy hatchback through insurance while my car was in the shop. I wasn't given an option on cars like I had previously when I went to a different branch. The vehicle had dog hair in the back seat and trunk, an old dog treat was still in the center compartment, and after a couple days of driving it, an odor of animal urine became very noticeable.

  We have been renting a car from this location in Amarillo, Texas on 26th St. since June 26, 2026. They call me when they need more information or money but when I call back, I'm on hold for 45 minutes and then get disconnected or 25 minutes and get disconnected. It's like no one works there. I am in New Jersey, renting this car for my son in Texas, which is why I can't just go in there myself and try to speak to a human being.I called a one 800 number for enterprise today and that was even less helpful although I did speak to someone who worked for the company. She basically told me enterprise does not have someone who answers the phone at all times. My only recourse she said was to put in a "request" To have an agent get back to me. My son still needs a car rental but as soon as possible, we are dropping this car off and we will go through another company, never to use enterprise again. This has been such a difficult experience and it needn't have been.
