  Rented a GMC pickup for 3 weeks because I was rearended. Dropped the truck off and asked for reciept and was told they couldn't print one because printer was messed up they would email it. Never recieved I email called and asked was told they were having problems emailing receipt they would call another store to email reciept...4pm still no reciept had to call another store explained problem they emailed a reciept in 10 min. Something is broken in this location everytime ive rented from them there's an issue. I needed the reciept to get reinbursed $1098 from the insurance. Will probably use another location in the future since this one is lacking in management.

  The staffing is great very polite and respectful. I rent cars often and they are always clean! They do the best to satisfy the customer. I wouldn’t go any where elsewhere! Overall I give them a 5 + stars!

  If the woman on the phone is condescending and rude....dont ask for the manager because she is it. No hope for todays world of customer service. "Because we do" as an answer about why there is a $300 deposit added for my rental, which is not stated online when booking and last time I got a car here the deposit was only $50.
