  Absolute Rip-Off, Stay Far Away! I wish I could give this zero stars. Custom RV completely scammed me and wasted thousands of my hard-earned money. I went in for what I thought was a reputable custom build on my travel trailer — nothing crazy, just some quality upgrades, better insulation, and a reliable solar setup. They quoted me a reasonable price and promised professional work with premium materials. What I got was a nightmare. The “custom” work was sloppy, half-assed, and looked like it was done by someone who had never touched an RV before. Wiring was exposed and dangerous, the insulation was cheap foam that doesn’t hold up, and the solar components were bargain-basement junk that barely worked. Everything started falling apart within weeks — leaks, electrical issues, you name it. When I contacted them about the problems, they dragged their feet, blamed me for “misuse,” and tried to charge even more for “repairs.” Total runaround. The final bill came in way over the original quote with a bunch of mysterious add-ons. This company is a straight-up rip-off operation preying on people who just want a decent customized RV. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Custom RV will leave you broke and frustrated. Never again.

  The staff is friendly, Justin has over 25 years of experience and they have a wonderful , RV TECH named Lucus. He goes out of his way to get the job done in a timely manner.

  Had an issue with our RV refrigerator on our trip back East . Happened to be near Amarillo when we noticed it. Called several RV shops for help-no luck until reaching Custom RV. They are awesome. Not only did they get us going again quickly, they even called the refrigerator manufacturer for additional support. That's a first for us. Can't recommend them enough. With a fridge and freezer full of food , without them.it could potentially have been an expensive loss$$. BTW very reasonable rates.
