  The staff is friendly, Justin has over 25 years of experience and they have a wonderful , RV TECH named Lucus. He goes out of his way to get the job done in a timely manner.

  Had an issue with our RV refrigerator on our trip back East . Happened to be near Amarillo when we noticed it. Called several RV shops for help-no luck until reaching Custom RV. They are awesome. Not only did they get us going again quickly, they even called the refrigerator manufacturer for additional support. That's a first for us. Can't recommend them enough. With a fridge and freezer full of food , without them.it could potentially have been an expensive loss$$. BTW very reasonable rates.

  I walked in off the street and met Rusty and his son yesterday with an unrealistic expectation, and these guys made my family’s dream a reality. These are truly good people. 10 stars. Customer for life.
