We found ourselves with a broken sewer pipe bracket, and Daryl was awesome. He came out first thing the next morning to our campground and fixed us up in no time. Very friendly, professional and just a really great guy. Would recommend if you need a mobile rv tech in the Amarillo area.

Luke was a lifesaver today! Adjusted my hitch to help with the swaying of my trailer. Very professional and kind! Thank you Justin for saying yes to getting us in so fast on our way to New Mexico! HUGS

Absolute Rip-Off, Stay Far Away! I wish I could give this zero stars. Custom RV completely scammed me and wasted thousands of my hard-earned money. I went in for what I thought was a reputable custom build on my travel trailer — nothing crazy, just some quality upgrades, better insulation, and a reliable solar setup. They quoted me a reasonable price and promised professional work with premium materials. What I got was a nightmare. The “custom” work was sloppy, half-assed, and looked like it was done by someone who had never touched an RV before. Wiring was exposed and dangerous, the insulation was cheap foam that doesn’t hold up, and the solar components were bargain-basement junk that barely worked. Everything started falling apart within weeks — leaks, electrical issues, you name it. When I contacted them about the problems, they dragged their feet, blamed me for “misuse,” and tried to charge even more for “repairs.” Total runaround. The final bill came in way over the original quote with a bunch of mysterious add-ons. This company is a straight-up rip-off operation preying on people who just want a decent customized RV. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Custom RV will leave you broke and frustrated. Never again.

I walked in off the street and met Rusty and his son yesterday with an unrealistic expectation, and these guys made my family’s dream a reality. These are truly good people. 10 stars. Customer for life.

Took a tow system installed in Spring, TX, and these guys fixed it right. Made a major difference.
