I’ll be doing business with them again.

I contacted Lowe's and they explained they just sell the trailers and don't do any repairs. I found Big Tex Trailer World in Amarillo, TX was a Carry-On dealer and contacted them. They helped me order a replacement ramp gate from Carry-On Trailers and did a fantastic job removing the old damaged gate and replacing it with the new gate. I was very impressed with their workmanship and speed of getting the work accomplished. I will definitely come back with any future trailer problems.
