  I can't remember the Manager name of the store. He gave us helpful info while we were traveling through. 9 hours from home and the transmission hose busts. He drove all the way out to our car on the side of the hwy to deliver the trans fluid. Solid dude. When that didn't fix the problem he pointed us to a mechanic that could help us. The mechanic was great! Who wants to break down on vacation? Nobody. We were lucky enough to get outstanding help during a stressful situation.

  Skyler, the new store manager, is FANTASTIC! I've been inside the store various times for things and he's always so helpful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure things are right for my car! The staff is always friendly, greets me right away, and they're never just standing around! I definitely have driven out of my way to go to this location.

  I love Cohan and Logan they are very helpful they change my battery and was nice guys I will continues come back when I need anything done indeed thank you guys yall was a great helper

  Was advised from Another AutoZone located on Amarillo Boulevard that this store had in fact one Air filter for my specific car I had asked the employee to ensure that The store had it by calling them before I made my way down there. I had confirmed with the employee if they did or not before leaving the Amarillo Boulevard location the employee stated that they did have one left so I made my way down to 34th and Georgia location and upon my arrival The employee that helped me went to look for the Air filter but came back empty-handed approximately 20 seconds later and says that he doesn’t have one and none other store has one in Amarillo but he could order me one from Canyon Texas and it will be here tomorrow. Well obviously if I need it today I don’t want to wait till tomorrow so don’t even waste your breath my Guy I’m on my way to Canyon Texas to pick it up. The fact that no store in Amarillo, Texas has an air filter for my vehicle is absurd, but yet Canyon Texas has 10 of them a whole 10 but not one single one is spare in Amarillo and Amarillo has numerous stores. I wonder where their store managers are nonetheless, their district manager for allowing such atrocity to happen. I am one very unpleased customer of AutoZone. Good thing I’m leaving in a month But if I wasn’t, I’d never shop There again, due to the lack of importance, they have for stock pile Of common necessities in any of their stores how about instead of twiddling your thumbs and standing around you make a purchase order so that you can satisfy your customers needs
