  Went in the day for fuel pump. The guy acted like he was pissed off. I was there. Horrible customer support and horrible customer service.

  Went in today to return unopened windshield wipers my son bought for my truck. I did not have receipt but was refused by Trevor the manager for even a store credit. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and he treated me like I was not a long time customer and was unwilling to even talk or treat me with any kind of decency.

  I hobbled in off the highway with a dragging bumper with 400 miles left to go looking for duct tape to tack it back on. John was amazing and was able to actually put it back in place (and sell me some windshield wipers). I am beyond grateful! Thank you John!
