- JAJuan ArevaloOct 5, 20261.0They charged me for a rental that was supposed to be paid by the body shop. They said the body shop didn’t provide billing info so two months later they charged me. I’ve talked to them several times and they know I wasn’t supposed to be charged but best they can do is ask the body shop to refund me.
- THTonja HarrisonSep 22, 20265.0Great customer service and my rental was very clean and smooth driving. They answered all my questions before renting and made renting from Enterprise a very easy experience.
- MOMadison OuelletteSep 19, 20265.0The service was excellent! They were incredibly fast, accommodating, and helpful, even though I didn’t have a reservation. The Jeep I received was great, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The team at the Alvin office was very professional and welcoming. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
- TNTami NorgrdAug 28, 20265.0Enterprise in Alvin Tx Thank You. Needed a vehicle that my dad could ride in comfortably while traveling to a funeral. The checkin was less than 5 mins, Dylan D made the experience so simple and explained everything and was exceptionally attentive to the fact what vehicle I was getting wouldn't be suitable and made the switch simple. Thank you Dylan. Will be using yall again for our travel needs. 10/10.
- DLDoug LeathersAug 18, 20261.0I called and made a reservation about 830am. Told them I had to pick it up between 5 and 6 pm. I had to drop my car off at the shop for repairs by 6pm and I would be back to get the car afterwards. I show up at 5pm to pay for the rental. It's not ready and took the 48 minutes to get me the car. Made me late to drop off my car at the shop. Luckily I know the manager and was still able to drop it off. Why make a reservation if they don't have it ready for you to pickup? Had all day to get it ready. Talked to a guy waiting in front of me who had been there an hour waiting for his car. Unacceptable! Very disappointed in how they handle their reservations. Both customers in front of me waited for about an hour to get their cars despite having a reservation. They need to be more respectful of people's time.
