  Enterprise in Alvin Tx Thank You. Needed a vehicle that my dad could ride in comfortably while traveling to a funeral. The checkin was less than 5 mins, Dylan D made the experience so simple and explained everything and was exceptionally attentive to the fact what vehicle I was getting wouldn't be suitable and made the switch simple. Thank you Dylan. Will be using yall again for our travel needs. 10/10.

  I called and made a reservation about 830am. Told them I had to pick it up between 5 and 6 pm. I had to drop my car off at the shop for repairs by 6pm and I would be back to get the car afterwards. I show up at 5pm to pay for the rental. It's not ready and took the 48 minutes to get me the car. Made me late to drop off my car at the shop. Luckily I know the manager and was still able to drop it off. Why make a reservation if they don't have it ready for you to pickup? Had all day to get it ready. Talked to a guy waiting in front of me who had been there an hour waiting for his car. Unacceptable! Very disappointed in how they handle their reservations. Both customers in front of me waited for about an hour to get their cars despite having a reservation. They need to be more respectful of people's time.

  I had rented a car at this location in June. I was visiting from Virginia and had to get settled in a nearby hotel so when I had first tried to create a reservation, they were about to close. I had arrived and the man at the counter was patient and polite when I modified my reservation since the vehicle availability was low. The next day, a staff member had picked me up from the hotel so that I could continue with the rental and even though I had an out of state license, the process was smooth as it always is with Enterprise

  Literally had a scheduled pick up at 1pm today and showed up a couple minutes late for them to be closed. When I looked online it said closed at 2. I never received no courtesy call or anything and this really leaves me in a bind.
