  Terrible customer service experience. I placed an order online for pickup. I checked the status and the order was ready for pickup. I head to the store and then am told they told stock the motor oil I ordered. No apology. No sorry for making you come to the store. The representative was acting like he was doing me a favor for refunding my money. Absolutely unacceptable for them to mark the order as ready for pickup and not have the product. Cancel the order so you dont waste my time. I won't be shopping here again ever. If you order anything online I'd recommend you calling to make sure they actually have the product before driving there.

  Talked me out of buying tools I needed. Ended up buying them from neighbor auto store cause fix didn't work. Nice folks. Would go back

  Sister went in on Friday to get parts for her car. Skinny guy at register was very rude to her. She wasn't even in there 5 minutes when she came out. Very upset. If you don't like your job or you can't show great customer service then go find another job. Too bad she didn't get his name. Guy had a beard and was thin. He mumbled something to her as she walked out. This was Friday, September 25th 2026.

  Christie at AutoZone provided absolutely phenomenal customer service! She helped me find the correct replacement bulb for my license plate light and even installed it for me, despite it being almost closing time. She never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience—she handled everything with such a gracious attitude and a genuine willingness to help. I’m completely grateful for her kindness, patience, and professionalism. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have Christie on its team!

  I had such a great experience with Suzanne M. at AutoZone. My check engine light had come on, and I went in honestly expecting that I might have to spend hundreds of dollars on a catalytic converter. Suzanne took the time to check the code, explain what was going on, and instead of immediately telling me to replace an expensive part, she recommended some products I could try first to clean the system and potentially avoid that cost. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything in a way that I could actually understand and made me feel like she cared about helping me solve the problem rather than just making a sale. I ended up taking my car on a longer highway drive afterward, and thankfully the check engine light went off before I even had to use the product she recommended! Regardless, I really appreciated Suzanne taking the time to help me and giving me a more affordable option before I spent hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Employees like Suzanne are exactly why good customer service matters. She was sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. AutoZone should absolutely recognize what a great employee they have in Suzanne M.! Thank you, Suzanne! ❤️
