  My experience was the worst I have ever had. The gentleman that works there it was 8:45 am on August 15, 2026 he wasn't helpful. I asked for help to find air compressor and all he did is walk over here they are here pick one. I told him I have never bought one before and needed help. All he did was walk away. I also told him I called before coming there that would need help with air compressor I have never used one before. Plus I am disabled it hard for me to do something like that. He told me to take it to a business that fixes tires. I told him I will but I need help with getting air in the tire. Still nothing. I came outside and found a nice gentleman to see if he can help me. He hooked it up but he told me wasn't the right one to use. It aired it up enough to get on the road. It took a very long time. After I got it fixed I came back to Auto Zone to return it since it wasn't the correct compressor. I came in the lady told me I couldn't return it. I told her yes ya'll will since it wasn't the correct air compressor. Plus the gentleman that helped me was very rude to me and never tried to help me. The young lady talks to the gentleman that helped me from before. She talks to him and he said it was ok. I will never come here again. I was very hesitate to go in there in the first place since I had bad experiences before. I didn't have much of choice it was the closest place near me.

  I must say....I used to be a Autozone fanatic, until today that is.The female I received service from was not very skilled in customer service. She was rude and my experience was completely unpleasant. She did however encourage me.... encourage me to become an O'Reilly's only customer when shopping for auto parts in Alpine.
