  Do not go here for state inspections or for much else. I pull up to 1 car already being inspected and another in front of me. A man walks up to me and says it will be 15-25 minutes till I'm seen. I'm waiting for an hour with no updates. Later I overhear in the next garage a worker asking where to find the oil filter for the car next to me and listening to man uptop give directions on how to find it and change it. After getting my state inspection I was told my gas cap failed on my 3 year old car. I told him to show me and all he showed was nothing broken or wrong. He also tells me he used a Honda fuel tester for a Toyota car but quickly amended to the model of the car instead. I go back days later changing nothing and I magically pass inspection. Something is definitely off with this place and I don't want to give my business here or recommended others so the same either.

  I got an oil change here today and it was super fast & easy!! I will note that there was definitely some conflict going on between the workers… Antwone (not sure I spelled his name correctly) initially helped me and then went to another bay to help a customer so Andrew came over to help. When Antwone came back he was super short and snippy with Andrew and kept interrupting him. Andrew did not say anything back to him but did apologize to me and said something along the lines of he always gets snipped at. Would otherwise rate it a great experience!

  During my last oil change visit, the engine air filter was installed backwards. Approximately three weeks later, the vehicle developed an emissions fault and very rough start symptoms. The vehicle is currently at another repair shop for diagnosis. I am asking them to document the condition, trouble codes, and whether the incorrect air filter installation could have contributed to the issue. Once I have the diagnosis and repair estimate, I would like to discuss reimbursement or resolution. I am not making assumptions yet, but I want this documented because the air filter installation error occurred during your service.

  First, stop trying to upsell a customer who repeatedly said I can change my air filter. I was also told my battery was tested and ‘running low’. I have sold car batteries longer than these 2 young men have breathed air. Never have I heard that expression, but worse, I got my battery tested and it was completely fine. Then they talked about how bad my wipers were looking. I’ve had them for about 3 weeks. Then, when he looked up how much oil my car required, he said it listed between 4.2 and 4.8 quarts. Fine. So he put in 4.2 quarts. Good move. Checked it and it was a bit low, so he added .2 quarts more. Still a bit low. Added an additional .2 quarts for a total of 4.8 quarts. Perfect. But then I was charged for adding additional oil. The guys are plenty friendly but treating me like I don’t know a battery from a lug nut is disrespectful at best. Charging me for extras that weren’t extra (oil capacity was in range of what your computer calls for) will make me avoid coming back.
