  I waited 2 hours with only 2 cars in front of me. I get that it is manual labor but like come on. For over $100 for an oil change I think we can do a little better. And I'm not complaining about the price or the service, I think it might just be needing to keep track of the lines better. Both of the lines around me were faster and they wouldn't allow me to change from the line I was in. The guys did a great job but it wasn't really an amazing experience.

  Ahmed and the guys at Valvoline were amazing!! They helped me with my oil issue and were so service oriented and went above and beyond

  Stopped in for an oil change, got told I had some gunk up in my transmission fluid and recommended that it get flushed out and that it'd be an extra 10-15min job at 280 total. Great sounds good, customer service guy(his name is something like antwane) is super great and respectful. Antwon or antwane started coming up to me stating they actually dont have the needed fluid, and that his boss is 15min away. they start coming up to me every 15min apologizing that the boss said 15min ago 15min ago but now its really 15min and it just kept getting extended. I got offered a 15$ off coupon which I had online before I even got there. In total me and my lady were waiting on the bossman to show up with fluid for like an hour and we were at valvoline for almost two hours(showed up at noon and was out by 145). The customer service rep antwane or antwon(young black man) super cool. Just wish the boss apologized himself instead of having his employee apologize for his actions almost 10 times. Mind you I never even spoke with the boss.

  I went for an oil change after church on 4/26/26 and had Mo and Ameen. They were fairly quick. I did not keep track of time. Still faster than what it would have taken me for sure. I thought both these young men had great customer service skills and they definitely weren't lazy. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. And they keep their shop clean. I will use them again for my next oil change.

  This place is the worst Company EVER, A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE TOOK THEM 2 1/2HRS. PLUS THY LOST MY DIPSTICK, LOST MY HEAD LIGHT COVER & DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE A SIGNAL LIGHT...!!! ALWAYS PUT A CRACK IN MY LINE SO, I LOSING OIL. CALLING IS ALSO A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE ALSO UNABLE TO GET A MANAGER ON THE PHONE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. AVOID 760 S Greenville Allen TX 75002 April 22nd, 2026 OMG, let me add reaching out to Customer service/ VIOC.com is also a waste of time all the agents do is the same thing you can do yourself. After, talking with a Total of 4 agents, I got the same thing "They will send an email to the shop to see if management will respond" Because, even for Customer Service the shop is not even answering their calls. It's funny that Valvoline stand by taking & losing parts to your car & making Customers pay the bill. Management, don't respond thy have people from Social media reaching out. Oh what a slap in the face.
