This was my first visit since the merger or whatever. Mavis and its reps treated me with respect. And didn’t try too hard to be pushy but still gave me valuable information!!!

I’ve been going to the Allen, Tx location for years prior to the rebrand. Always have had excellent customer service. I own a thrift warehouse in Sherman, Tx and 2-3 times a year get screws in my trailer tires after going to the dump. The manager, Ryan Gregory, told me to come in despite the trailer being 1/2 full with trash headed for the dump. They jacked it up in the parking lot, found two screws, repaired them and put the tire back on and I was off to the dump within an hour. They have always taken care of my tire needs.

Ryan was fantastic. Called in with a flat and rotate request, got me right in and back on the road. I could tell by talking to him that he was knowledgeable. Clean shop, quick team. As a former tire guy, Ryan and his team were a breath of fresh air in this area, no 5 hour wait or request to come back 3 days from now. Will be coming here moving forward.

Truly pleased with the genuine response & support that both Ryan & Rylan provided at the Allen facility as they finished the work quickly to meet the response from the main MAVIS Tires & Brakes answering service, even though they had more customers than what the answering service said! I recommend that when we call to ask their availability to do work that we are directed to the specific location we are trying to contact as a general answering service does NOT truly know and understand what each facility is actually doing and able to do! Ryan and Rylan both stepped up and made it happen and their genuine service WELL EXCEEDED the response received from the call answering service! Truly recommend that Mavis change or truly make their answering service exact or you will develop many frustrated customers! Higher more leaders like Ryan and Rylin!!!

Great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in because two of my tires were slowly losing air, and the team took care of both of them quickly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained what was going on and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely takes care of its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need tire service. Highly recommend!
