  Great service! They finished my tire installation in just one hour. Since this was my first ever time replacing tires, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and the staff are very patient and helpful throughout the process. I also appreciated that there was no upselling based on my own experience. Highly recommend!

  Made an appointment for 12, checked in on time, gave them my keys. Sat in the lobby for 36 minutes without any updates and my car hadn't even been moved. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by either of the guys sitting just beyond the glass wall in front of me where I could see them just sitting and standing around ignoring me. When he finally came in i asked for my keys back. He asked if I was just quickly grabbing something from my car and when i said no I was leaving because of the the wait and lack of communication he just said ok. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to rectify the situation. Was i expecting them to go all out to keep my businesses, no. But no apology after a 40 minute wait on an appointment is abhorrent customer service.

  Man these guys are the best....very informative, knowledgeable about there products and always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer.

  Messed up my front alignment, wheel Cambridge was wrong. The mechanic told me it is how it supposed to be, now I got uneven tire wear on the outside of the tire. These people will lie to your face just to get your business. If you have a lifted truck go to a real professionals.
