  Had a great experience at this Mavis location. Erick and Kevin were both extremely helpful — they patiently answered all my questions during my tire inspection and later walked me through a replacement quote. They even offered a discount, which I really appreciated. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Only place my dad will come to for anything tire related. They patched my leaking tire super fast & everyone was so kind! Definitely will be a returning customer.

  Had a large screw in a tire. They fixed it free of charge even though this was the first time I visited the shop. I didn’t like NTB…. But now that they are Mavis it seems to be way better! Eric, who helped me before and during the visit, is GREAT at customer service.

  For the past 10 years, ever since my car first broke down, I have been bringing it to this shop for both minor and major repairs. They have always taken great care of me. Their customer service is genuinely heartfelt and unlike anywhere else. They never say, “We looked at the car, we touched it, so you have to pay,” as some places do. They truly know how to take care of and retain their customers with great attention and professionalism. Finding a shop like this is a blessing.

  I had a screw in my tire - Sunday morning :-( Needed it fixed ASAP as I was headed out of town, but the tire shops near me didn't have any time slots available until later in the day, Mavis Tires (used to be NTSB I think) got me in right away. In and out within 30 minutes. However - and I did ask the manager on duty what they would set the tire pressures to - the tire pressure was set to almost 40psi. The door jamb label clearly states 33psi. The manager told me they go by the label (correct), but the tech went by something else (max psi on the tire wall?) That's the reason for the 1 star reduction. Check your tire pressures for any garage doing work on your tires - rotates, repairs, new etc. If your tire pressures are too high, you could wear out your tires unevenly, or worse suffer a blowout. The staff were friendly, and the shop was clean.
