  I hadn’t been here in several years, despite their proximity to my work, because the former staff would spend the entire visit trying to upsell me. I’m glad to report that I went here twice in the past week and that was not the case. In and out. Great visits. Professional staff. I’ll update again after the next visit.

  Went there for the very first time for state inspection and loved their professionalism and was super quick. Never experienced that fast service anywhere before.

  Everyone here is so nice and have you in an out as fast as they can. Showed me my filters and other tests they ran as well. I no longer live in Allen but we go out of our way to come here.

  Very disappointed with the service. I paid almost $120 for an oil change, which I think is quite expensive. I expected better service for that price. They told me I had a bad tire sensor, but they didn’t even check or add air to my tires. Overall, I didn’t feel like I received the level of service I paid for. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  I’ve been to a lot of auto shops over the years, but none have earned my trust the way Kwik Kar has. Jeff is hands down the best manager I’ve ever worked with- so much so that I’ve followed him for 2 years now (even after moving further away) because he’s that honest, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle, answers every question without making me feel rushed, and makes sure I know exactly what to expect. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in running his shop the right way. The mechanics are just as incredible. Every repair has been done right the first time, and I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. It’s such a relief to have a shop I know I can trust completely. In an industry where it’s hard to know who you can count on, Jeff and his team have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work keep me coming back. I recommend Kwik Kar to all of my friends and family because I know they’ll be taken care of just like I always am. Thank you, Jeff, for setting the standard for what great customer service should be!
