  Really do not appreciate being lied to, this location which is right next to me will now never get my business and I will be sure to pass it along. Came in for a state inspection, female with really short hair informed me can’t do it as inspector is gone for day. Then while walking back to car tells gentleman in car outside she’ll get the inspection done for him. Nice to see this location will turn away work cause they just don’t wanna do it.

  I will have to find another place for Mobile 1 oil changes. Today I paid $238.80 for oil & filter change. I am told that they have new management/ownership that does not really want to stock Mobile 1. That is their decision. They have been servicing our vehicles since we moved to the Allen area ≈30 years ago. Bye bye!

  Friendly and professional staff. The team was very welcoming and helped us as soon as we walked in. The state inspection was quick and hassle-free. Special thanks to Jeff for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  I swung by here desperately needing an oil change and Chase was very quick to assist me. I’ve never been to a shop like this where their staff takes the time to really look at everything, point out things, show me the dates of the last services and all in a clear and understandable manner. He made sure I actually understood what all he was explaining to me and gave me room and time to ask him questions. Top notch customer service!! Jeff, the manager, was very informative, funny and helpful as well. He noticed I was very pregnant, tired and a little stressed out and offered to give me a discount. It was very sweet of him to do. He made sure to double check my information, which I’m glad he did because we were able to make small corrections right then and there. Saved us all a headache. Overall, service like this is why I no longer go to the dealership. It seems hard to find exceptional customer service these days but it’s definitely here!

  Great experience today. Chase was hands on and great with his friendliness and explanation of everything. Very transparent with the whole process. Oil changes might seem simple but they really took the time to get things right and make me feel valued as a customer. It also was all done in under 20 minutes!
