  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Express Oil Change in Allen! Karla and the entire team were friendly, professional, and made getting my state inspection completed quick and easy. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. It’s always nice to find a place that values your time and treats customers well. Thanks to Karla and the team for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!

  I called to ask about an oil change and get a price quote. The employee, asked whether I knew how many quarts of oil my car takes. I was driving and didn’t have that information handy, so I asked whether they could look it up using the year, make, and model. His response was, “Yeah, but it’s on the computer, and I’m on the phone right now. If you give me your VIN I can check. The interaction came across as dismissive and unwilling to help with a basic inquiry. The receptionist definitely needs some basic training as he caused a loss of a sale.

  I would never change this place especially for the staff who is very friendly today I was with JAYDON a great very friendly employee deserves 100 ⭐️ MILLION Nunca cambiaria este lugar año con año vuelvo y siempre el personal muy amable sobre todo JAYDON un empleado súper tienen que valorarlo; abajo de este negocio hay otro pero está vacío de clientes SEGURAMENTE la diferencia la hace el recurso Humano.

Jaydon is an excellent representative who is friendly, professional, honest, and very helpful. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable with the service.   Came in and talked a young hispanic male (forgot his name). 1. He tested my car battery and incorrectly put my battery's CCA to be higher than what it actually was. The put in the CA number instead and the device recommended replacement. 2. I had mentioned I had a discount code and he forgot to apply it. I had to correct him. 3. I had also asked for some air in tires and this was also forgotten. I had to ask again. So many things went wrong in such a short visit.
