  Connor was extremely helpful during our rental experience. He was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He even stayed overtime to help us, which we really appreciated. Great customer service and a great experience overall. We would definitely rent from them again!

  The customer service in person & on the phone was great; however, the cleanliness & condition of the car I received was not. I gave 4 stars because of the interactions with the reps at this location & because Enterprise corporate acknowledged my concerns & tried to make it right. I would recommend arriving prior to your reservation time and/or prepare to wait 30-45mns before you can complete your rental transaction & leave with the vehicle. I’ve always been pleased with Enterprise because their standards seem to be higher than their competitors. I hope this was just a one-off. I plan to return to this location again in hopes the next vehicle will be clean & in great condition.

  Things started off extremely rocky yesterday when I called in. The gentleman was EXTREMELY rude. Today Conner made it better! Thank you Conner for making things better… You Rock!

  Don’t bother renting from here unless you book it several days in advance. Got here after taking a cab, only to be told they have nothing. Now I have to pay for another cab.

  I have rented from Enterprise many times through insurance claims, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I filed my claim through GEICO, received a confirmed reservation number, and had my pickup date and time confirmed. I arrived at the branch today (July 9) at 3:22 PM, only to be told that they had no vehicle available and that I would have to come back tomorrow. That is completely unacceptable. What is the purpose of giving customers a reservation number and confirming the pickup date if you are not going to honor it? After leaving, I called Enterprise again, and they tried to claim that the reservation had not been confirmed. That makes absolutely no sense. I already had a reservation number and a confirmed pickup date. Someone is clearly not telling the truth. I arranged my entire schedule around this reservation and wasted my time making a trip for nothing. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially for customers dealing with insurance claims who are already under stress after an accident. If Enterprise cannot honor confirmed reservations, then they should stop pretending that reservations guarantee anything. Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
