  The BEST experience I have ever had at an auto shop. Shvan was extremely knowledgeable, open and honest about what needed to be done. He walked me through everything he was going to do on my vehicle and showed me many references that confirmed the work he was doing. I felt very informed and taken care of throughout my experience and will definitely be back for future services as needed!

  Highly, Highly recommend! Everyone here is super helpful and understanding. We were able to get a good discount simply because they wanted us to have a safe vehicle to drive… WHO DOES THAT!!! we are very grateful and Ray was the sweetest most kind person I’ve met in a long time. It only took all of 2 minutes to see his kind heart. I will for sure be coming back here every time! Thanks Ray!!!

  Ray and Shavon were so nice! I called in to get quotes for break pads and they had the lowest price and could get me in right away. I came in and Ray welcomed me so warmly and got me set up with an account. Shavon took a look at my breaks and informed me that they were just fine and didn’t need replacing like Firestone across the street had said. I almost went back to Firestone and would have wasted $400 if I hadn’t called Brakes Plus and heard the cheaper rate and found out the truth that my brakes were just fine. Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness. We are definitely going to be coming to Brakes Plus for all of our auto needs.

The work was done quickly and correctly, and he made the entire experience stress-free. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Ray definitely does.   Ray and his team at Brakes Plus in Allen did an incredible job and absolutely saved my tail! Not only did they get the job done right, but they paid close attention to every minor detail to ensure the vehicle was completely safe and the work was done correctly. On top of the stellar workmanship, they saved me some serious money. The GM was very polite, and respectful the whole squad here is incredibly knowledgeable.
