  Great service and friendly workers. They got my mom’s car fixed in less time than expected and handled a situation with another out of control customer perfectly. Even though they were very busy, they did their best to meet our needs. Very clean facility and overall good experience.

  Called and spoke to Aaron (manager) to get price on complete brake fluid flush. List price reasonable but offered a better price. He thoroughly explained what would be done. Made appt. Was greeted by Ray when I arrived. Happy customer. Was a previous customer for brakes and was happy then. I will be back.

  Such an excellent and kind service experience! My mom and I came in today for an oil change (we chose the Plus Oil Change, which included additional services at a great price), and everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Ray, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire service. He is very charismatic, respectful, and clearly dedicated to his job and to providing excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire Brakes Plus team for such an awesome experience, and especially to Ray for taking such great care of us! We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be coming back! 😊

  I appreciated the care and attention given to my car. When the mechanics confirmed my suspicion that my brakes needed replaced, Ray in the front of the store helped me find an affordable option within my budget. Their professionalism held even in the face of some more unruly customers. If you need an emissions inspection, I recommend you go earlier in the day as opposed to later if you are tight on time.

  I've come here for a couple of things last year. Called ahead and specifically asked if they could do an alignment and also check the squeaking in the back vehicle. Just had all the brakes/struts/shocks changed at my regular mechanic and I let the guy on the phone know that. He said no problem they would check it all free. I get there and talked to Ray there's always the nicest guy told him I had an appointment at 1:30 he looked a little puzzled, but said okay. I told them about the call I made earlier and asking them to check the squeaking in the back. He said he would remind them and they finally took my car back around 30 minutes later. When they brought my car around I realized they hadn't asked me about the squeaking, like nobody came out to advise with me. I got in line because there was a whole lot of people now getting in line in my car was around. So I talked to the guy at the front about to check me out and I said so what was wrong with the back in the squeaking? He had no idea what I was talking about goes out for 5 seconds to the garage again and they told him it was the shocks and I said there's no way it's the shocks as I had just gotten them replaced. He caught a little attitude with me. I know he got caught in a lie that isn't true from his technician, but to turn it and flip it on me is just dumb. I didn't appreciate it I tried to recoup that and not make him feel bad, doesn't matter he didn't feel bad he was actually a jerk so no more business for me thank you guys so much for nada. The three stars is only for Ray and the nice guy on the phone.
