I called this location on accident thinking I was calling a different store and the general manager Aaron offered to help me out. He thoroughly listened to my issue and agreed to work with me with my budget. After my alternator was replaced, the vehicle was still having minor issues that Aaron agreed to take care of at a VERY REASONABLE rate!! He’s earned a lifelong customer in me!!

Arron, the General Manager, provided outstanding customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even staying later than expected to help me. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. This is what excellent customer service looks like! I genuinely appreciate everything he did to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Arron, for such a great experience!

Exceptional customer service and unmatched integrity! There was a mix-up with a quote on my brakes, and management handled it with complete honesty and honor. They were kind and apologetic during my interaction, but they blew me away when they gave me the service for free to make it right. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Brakes Plus Allen proved they put their customers first. Highly recommended!

Ray has always been professional, I'm done business with this location since 2017 with my GMC truck, my current 2019 mini Cooper has been in twice oil change, state inspection. It's so nice to have a person that responds to your question. The great customer service I've received at the Allen location. Ray is a great representative for this company. I have referred other people because of people like Ray. Keep going with the A one service. It truly makes a difference.

Gotta give it out to Ray, and Jon at the brakes plus in Alan. Was having an issue with my front rotors and brake pads that were recently replaced. They went ahead and warranted. Everything out took care of me was not expecting that. Greatly appreciative for the quick response and prompt customer service. Just another reason I will keep going back.
