  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. TC was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should never make people feel like they’re an inconvenience, but that’s exactly how this interaction went. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because Ethan stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely wanted to help resolve the issue. Employees like Ethan are the reason people come back. Management should recognize Ethan for his professionalism and address the way TC treats customers. No one should have to deal with that kind of attitude when they’re just looking for assistance.

  I shop at this place about once a month and they’re always helpful. I dump my oil there as well. Recently, I went because my battery was just done. A guy named Ronauld helped me out. He was super kind and genuine. We talked football and life lessons while he swapped my battery for me. Nicest dude in the world. Made my day and hope to run into him again. I’ll keep coming back.

  Here’s a polished version of your review: I had a very disappointing experience at the AutoZone on Main Street in Allen, Texas. When I walked in, not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Most of the staff were sitting around on their phones while the manager appeared to be the only one working. The store pushes customers to use the self-checkout, but there are no clear instructions on how to use it. Instead of coming over to assist, the manager simply yelled directions from across the store, which came across as rude and unprofessional. Customer service was lacking from start to finish, and the overall atmosphere made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I wanted to leave Review via the survey, but it kept timing out and knocking me off the survey, so I’m bringing my review here. I went to this location last week after work A battery for my Car. I was distraught and I had groceries in the car I was completely annoyed with the The day. The associate Herman was so kind and so patient with me he helped me with my battery, got it installed and got me on the way and in a timely manner. I am so grateful for him being a light that day when I was ready to crash out!! Herman’s Customer service is 10 out of 10

  The customer service at the store is awful. I get an alternator tested. The guy says yeah it’s a bad alternator, but then he doesn’t even proceed to even help me out afterwards so I can get a new alternator. The guys they hire there don’t play with the full deck of cards. It’s very obvious. I probably will never go back and I warn everybody else do not go back.
