  I had to stop here for a new battery was Donauld was great! Super polite, super helpful, answered all my questions and I was probably there for 5 whole minutes before I was back on the road with a new battery. Thanks, Donauld!

  Ced was very polite and is a genuine helpful person. He performed the battery installations for two of my vehicles today. He's a Life saver, I have a history of lower back problems and it has been painful the past few days. I wouldn't have been able to do it without him, he worked very hard for me. I cant thank him enough! I tried to give him a tip but he would not accept it, he just wanted to really help me. Good job to Ced and kudos to the whole team in Allen Main street Autozone.

  I went in today after work needing to replace a terminal for my car battery, and the help I received was exceptional. Herman Harris helped me while I was there and went above and beyond with the assistance he provided. He helped me identify exactly which part I needed for my specific make and model, and then replaced it for me as well. I was so appreciative, because he absolutely did not have to do that but still took the time to help. Kevin was also very kind and personable, and he added to the experience with great conversation that made me laugh and lifted my mood. Overall, my experience here was wonderful, and I’m very grateful for how kind and helpful Herman and Kevin were. I definitely recommend this location and will absolutely return.

  I owe so much to TC Turner! She was amazing! She was so kind, funny, and made me feel so safe when coming in for my check engine light! She was able to help me figure out what was going on with my car and even beyond that was able to help me learn more about the basics of my car while helping me fix a few other things about my car I wasn’t even aware were needed! I will definitely be coming back and more specifically to see her! Her and Donaould were just hands down amazing! <3
