  My agent was very polite and friendly. I was in and out within 15 min. Our vehicle was very nice and clean spotless,this is our 4th time with Enterprise and most definitely all our rental needs will be with them indefinitely.

  We had such a positive experience with Enterprise....the gentleman who assisted us into our rental was courteous and helpful! Our ride was exactly what we needed....it was clean, very efficient and such a smooth ride!!! The safety features were AMAZING!!!! We look forward to our next rental soon with Enterprise!!!!!!!

  Took a trip to New Mexico from Texas. Had an issue with a tire and enterprise took care of the situation right away so we could continue with our trip.

  If I can give no stars I would man was very rude (wish I chat his name but didn’t get to that part) and yelling to me over customer sitting in front of him idk if it was because he was mad that he had to clean cars or he hated his job but he made me want to just get up out of there and never come back . Just because it’s the only rental car place in Alice does not give him the right to treat customer the way he was treating them because the lovely couple there as well he was huffing and puffing to get there stuff done as well
